Went with the full intent to buy some new jeans, but was immediately turned off by the extremely pushy saleswoman who wouldn't leave us alone. Not coming back.

Store does not accept online exchanges only returns. Even though the website says to go to a store for exchange. staff was useless.

With customer service nigh unriveled, provided by Gavin, Jackie and Samantha, this particular Lucky brand store is my new go to for my autumn and winter clothing. I adore the selection, the killer sales and I appreciate the cleanliness. 10/10!

A hip and funky store with lots to choose from. Wide aisles so it's comfortable to shop in. Cash and cards accepted. Wheelchair accessible.
