It's not a good place for homeowners nor personal equipment. They don't even accept credit cards, and all purchases must be cash only . Why ??? I have no idea....they only service commercial equipment.

For a shop that caters to every landscaper in the country, they took the time to assist and recommend to me the quality equipment I needed, for a great price. Don’t waste your time buying that junk from the big stores.

Really awful service here. The guy named Junior is really rude. I think hes too busy wacking his own weed to care about helping customers. Went there looking to mow and ended up dealing with a Moe instead! I would sooner go on Craigslist and meet a possible serial killer in a dark alley to buy a used mower than I would buy something new from that crumb Junior! If I could give zero stars I would because they didn't even earn the mandatory one star minimum.

The owners and staff at Laurel Mower are honest, knowledgeable and helpful in matching the customer’s needs to the right equipment. They know what they sell and do their best to steer their clientele to purchase the equipment most suitable to their individual business needs. They service what they sell, they stand behind what they sell and their staff gets the job done promptly and rarely needs to go back a second time. If a repair is going to be costly, they explain why it may be best to move on to a newer product, rather than do a repair on an older unit that may have further unrelated failures in the near future... but they leave the decision to the consumer. Their prices are fair, and their service is unbeatable.

I guess I had to give them one star as it wouldn't take a zero. Laurel Lawn Mower Service just caters to 'professionals'. I took my TORO push mower there and they said they couldn't do repairs as they were so busy with their commercial accounts. As I packed my mower back into my SUV I peaked in the back of their shop. What do I see, their employees siting back there talking and doing nothing! I went to WoodChucks on WHP that were more than happy to take my business. They are my new TORO dealer. I will be contacting TORO to tell them what a useless dealer they have.
