I had a pleasant experience in securing an apartment here in Lakeview. A big thanks to Jeanette for making my application ran smoothly. From viewing up to the moving in process, she was there everytime I need clarifications and she is very responsive via email or phone calls. I like the layout of my unit and the big sliding glass door is a plus adding to its cozy vibe.

I can't say enough about this place...it was my first time as a single women looking for a safe, affordable and convenient place to live..Lakeview was suggested to me by a family friend who is a retired local local police officer..After meeting with the leasing staff and taking a tour of the community i knew right away I was in the right place..My leasing agent Tina was the best, informative,caring ,and professional.She welcomed me from day one.She .answered all my questions and concerns and made the overall moving process very easy. The apartment speaks for itself,tons of storage and space, it's a beautiful lay out.im so happy to call Lakeview my new home..

My mom just moved into lakeview apts. Thanks to Jeanette and Sharon the transition went so smooth. We picked lackview over the other apartment complex's we looked at because of the price and all lakeview offers. I'm sure my mom will be happy here. Jeanette has been such a great person to work with!! She is very kind and genuine, and has helped me to be very comfortable and feel safe here at Lakeview. She responds well within reasonable time if I have any issues, and is an all around joy to speak with. Lakeview as a whole is a very nice place to be, with accessible laundry and workout areas. It has been a great experience living here so far for the last year!

I have had a wonderful experience renting here. Jeanette is the best - responsive, understanding, and completely transparent regarding lease details. I’d recommend renting here to anyone looking for a worry-free, per-friendly community that is conveniently located and safe. I can’t say enough about Jeanette and her team, or this community!

Definitely move here if you want an almost $400 electric bill in the summer because they refuse to update their ac units. And maintenance just tells you “the air can’t keep up with the heat.” I’ve lived on the 5th floor at a different building and my air kept up just fine, and I didn’t have to pay $400 a month to sit in a hot apartment. Also when your oven is giving off a strong gas smell and the “emergency maintenance” doesn’t come to look at it that night. The apartment otherwise is fine (except for lazy painters who paint over peep holes, light switches, toilet ect.) the main problem here is the UPKEEP and it’s not worth what they are charging! But have the nerve to throw up luxury living signs and raise the rent. We also only got our initial rent agreement for ten months. We couldn’t sign a 12 month lease because they “don’t want everyone moving out at the same time.” Let’s see if this review gets taken down like the last one.

So far I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience with this staff. The Executive Leasing Coordinator Danielle Saunders was extremely helpful and patient with us. She was great with communication during the whole process and did everything she could be to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our townhome.

Danielle is one of most friendly persons I came across in my apartment search. She helped me tour the facilities and was available whenever I wanted to contact her. She exhibited a lovely demeanor which served as representation of the Property management team.
