Great experience! It actually took me two visits to make my purchase. These bags are not cheap- even with the discounts the outlet provides but they had a great sale and I have gotten so many compliments! They were very helpful with explaining the products, the colors, what they like and why. I did not feel pressure to buy but felt they were ready when I was. My second visit, the same day, I was ready! Knew what I wanted and have not had any doubts ! My wallet is my favorite because there is 2 pockets for the coins and 2 slots for money. So easy to stay organized ! Not to mention it is beautiful. Also my bag, although green, seems to match everything.

I walk in to the store with mask on and I am to lazy to dress up like a doll. There were 2 staff on floor and only me as a customer there. I asked for Ella tote to one of them and her tone was... not nice, even until I checked out hahaaaaa.. I didnt asked money from you girl! I think her name is Alexis, its on my receipt. Two of them were whispering through walkie talkie and it was just 3 of us there, so you know what I mean?? ?♀️ Alexis, go find other job that you like but dont do customer service anymore ?

Nice quality bags. Treated myself and daughter for Mother's Day. Customer service was pleasant as we are not big shoppers. The gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable, which helped us make our decision quickly.
