3.9.20. I walked in and the black female was passive aggressive because I had a cup in my hand. If no drinks are allowed, just say that. It was the extra comments she added that became a bug in my butt. So, I ignored her rudeness and left. No money to spend there. Not to mention that the other associate informed my man that she almost got into a fight with another customer for the same rudeness. She needs to learn how to speak to people.

I went to Guess Store in Blackwood,NJ. I finally found my jeans that I wore years ago. They Fit Like A Glove. I am so happy! The sales lady/cashier was FABULOUS! Thank you so much.

Gabby the manager is amazing!!! From the moment I walked in, she was pleasant and helpful!! After making my purchase, I visited several other stores and realized my bank card was missing! In a panic, I returned to the Guess store and again was greeted pleasantly by Gabby! SHE was the one to find my card and lock it up for me! Because of her, I truly enjoyed my day and shopping experience! I LOVE this store, but having Gabby as the manager makes it over the top! Thank you Gabby for your outstanding customer service! I can't wait to visit again!!

Felt super uncomfortable first they yell at you for having a drink walking in they don’t even greet you first. They they followed me around constantly. Would never come here again I lost my desire to buy anything

This place looked nice until I went in I got yelled at off the bat for having a drink in hand. I understand if they don’t want me walking around with it but they could have asked nicely. Then as I was looking around they kept following me. I said I didn’t want help several times but they wouldn’t stop. I really wanted to buy some items but I felt so uncomfortable I just left with out buying anything I will never come here again
