I was waiting in line for the cashier with my dad. Some worker changed the direction of the line. Another customer asked my dad if he was in line and he replied yes. The customer then decided that he wasn't in line. Instead of defending my dad, who was very obviously in line, he defended the woman who accused my dad. We were forced to go to the back of the line, which had already extended to the back of the store. We left without buying anything.

The manager is unbelievably rude and dismissive. She seems shocked and annoyed when asked a question about items in a store that she's paid to manage. This was my first and last visit to this store. Head to Atlantic City where you're greeted with a smile and staff are happy to help.
