They failed to check the shoes, and I ended up with two pairs in the right size that I can't wear at all. I had to make the 45-minute driving back from Levittown, PA, and on top of that, we had to pay for the EZ Pass. The manager wasn't helpful; she claimed she couldn't do anything about it. I've wasted both time and money. Be aware and check everything yourself; otherwise, they seem to just stand around all day without doing much.

My problem is that the clearance sneaker wall never has prices on them. You basically have to try and get a sales associate to get a price, or wait in line to go to the registers in order to get a price on sneakers. Very annoying and time consuming, I would love if these sneakers actually had a price on them.

I bought a hoodie with them which came unstitched from the factory, I came to have it changed and the Adidas assistants did not want to change it, disappointed that a brand like Adidas sells items with manufacturing defects and the staff refuses to make an exchange,

My recent experience at Adidas left me quite disappointed due to the behavior of one particular manager. While I fully understand and accept that we were in the wrong and violated certain rules, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and rude.The manager in question approached us to address the issue. However, her approach was confrontational and condescending from the beginning. Instead of calmly explaining the situation and the rules we had violated, she chose to berate us in front of other customers. We all make mistakes, and I believe in owning up to them. However, the way this manager handled the situation felt like a personal attack rather than an attempt to educate and resolve the issue. Her tone was dismissive, and she made us feel humiliated, which is unacceptable in any customer service setting.I want to emphasize that we have no problem with adhering to the rules and accept the consequences when we are in the wrong. What we do take issue with is the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by this manager. Customer service should always prioritize respectful communication, even in challenging situations.I hope that this Adidas store can address this issue and provide better training for their management team to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and respect, even when addressing rule violations. In the future, I hope to have a more positive experience at this establishment.
