This store is the worst my son who goes to this location at least 3 times a week so on 7/18/24 to get me something and the door was locked and the only employee had a closed sing on the door he waited about 30min then knocked on the window this employee who just lost a valve customer called the police on him and caused a seen for no reason i will never shop at this store again orany other if you treat your value customers. This way you need to train your employees better

The family Dollar store at this location is probably the worst you'll ever want to go to to shop for anything. They are always under stopped and out of merchandise most of the time and what shipped in stays out on the aisles much too long before it's put on the shelves and it seems they are cursed with employees perpetually who seem always unwilling to want to go and stop the shelves between waiting on customers. And for years the most outstanding negative point is that they have 2 very well kept restrooms- (for themselves )-but they are and have been inhospitable to regular customers like myself and many others to offer the use of their restroom even if it's very urgent and age makes no difference. And their water fountain also remains idle and unusable because they pile boxes of Warehouse merchandise on it. Avoid this particular store branch. This is definitely not a way a store should be run or operate.

As a united state’s soldier living here one block away from this store with the most horrible manger or self proclaimed manager. Is sad to that i cant send my son to this store to help buy some groceries after a long 13 hour shift. He was very unpolitely ordered to leave the store as he walked in wheeling his scooter in his right hand (a kids only means of transportation). I asked to speak with the adult that stoped my son from helping his family buy a few groceries. While i stood in uniform asking why my son was not allowed in she told me that only people with disabilities where allowed to walk into this store with and other devices. Thanks Maam now i cant teach my son the fundamentals of independently buying food for his family because he didn’t want tobleave his scooter outside exposed to the probability of it being stolen. Please help eachother we have too poor leaders in leadership positions. Training is important train them better. My friends and family will not shop here till the leadership here is better trained in people management and customer service.

Managers give complete disregard towards others and push made up rules onto customers. Fortunately I will not be coming here again.

It is in a good location for me. I went in without change. The cashier covered the change for me. I think that is a really nice thing to do. They keep change on the side for this reason. Good customer service. Good parking and great employees.
