We bought a vehicle from Patrick at Jersey Wheels and we could not be more pleased.The vehicle that we viewed online was in every way exactly what we were met with at the dealership. It was clean and presented to us in a very well kept manner. Patrick was very transparent and honest about what he knew and didn't know about the vehicle. He allowed us to take the vehicle on a very thorough road test and encouraged our scrutiny in looking it over. When closing, he was very careful to explain the entire process and what all the documents meant. Additionally, they double checked their work and we walked out with a copy of every document. We drove the vehicle home, over 100miles and the car performed beautifully, even in the nightmare that is Jersey traffic. All in all, we are genuinely happy and comfortable with our purchase and would recommend this dealership with confidence.

Joe and Bill are the best, they will go the extra mile for you. Bought car from them years ago in Somerset now in Beverly they even came 1hr 15min to pick me up. They are very honest and up front.. would recommend these guys to anyone, thank you very much on the great Nissan

I dont usally write reviews! but I feel i have to with this car company.I purchased a jeep from joe, he was upfront with me about what needed to be fixed on the truck, I was on a budget with $4000 I left feeling like I just purchased a $40,000 car. Thanks, love my liberty.john

Pat went above and beyond with excellent service! We were at the Beverly location.Since this was my son's first auto purchase, there were quite a few goofy details to us purchasing a vehicle, and Pat displayed extreme patience and hospitality while we ironed out the details of our title, registration, and insurance. He even went ahead and scheduled our appointment at the DMV for us to get our tags and other papers; where we were finding appointments a month or more away, Pat managed to get us one only a week away--- now THAT'S customer service!!Pat was incredibly thorough with explaining all of the paperwork, making sure we understood everything in plain English without "dumbing it down". Every car on the lot is well maintained, with full title history on hand, and Pat made sure we knew everything possible about the car we wanted before our final decision to purchase. He even pointed out a few maintenance needs for us to take care of when we brought our car home- such as oil change and a fuse that needed replacing.In casual conversation, he was delightful, humorous, intelligent, and highly knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time at Jersey Wheels!!!Purchasing a vehicle was made so much easier with Pat! We eagerly refer all of our family and friends that are looking for a well maintained, used vehicle. Not enough amazing things to say about Jersey Wheels, i visited the Somerset Location. JUST WOW. They greeted me so kindly, and worked with my stiff budget and indecisiveness! Family owned business, honest people, great prices. I will never get used car from anyone else!
