I was just at your store in Chester, New Jersey, and I was quite disappointed on how I was treated. The cashier was extremely rude and it makes me not want to spend my money at your store any longer. I just ran into another woman who just had the same experience as I did. This is not the first time that this has happened to me there. What has happened to your customer service?

I’ve stopped in a few times since they opened, but likely won’t be stopping in again. The tall man behind the counter was very aggressive. I was there to browse, and was bombarded with questions about what pets I have at home, how old, what I feed them, etc. It was nonstop and made me feel very uncomfortable. Had I asked for recommendations for my animals, then those questions would have been appropriate. But, as I said, I was just there to browse. I ended up buying two treats and fish oil for my cats… $100 later. Yikes.

Great Store!I just got a puppy recently & visited the store twice this week for different things I needed. The store is clean, well organized, well stocked, and the two different staff members I encountered were very friendly.I am happy a place like this is in Bernardsville & will be stopping in regularly.

This is by far the BEST place to care for your furry family member. Yes the products, supplies, food they sell are all high quality and top notch however the star of it all is their exceptional customer service. They are knowledgeable and beyond courteous and helpful. I have always been taken care of and often have many questions. Definitely visit this store. It is so important to keep our commerce alive and well rather than just order EVERYTHING online. You will walk in and feel like a friend and an important customer on your first visit, they have a loyalty program for many products and you can bring the dogs with you!

Great find amongst the smattering of quaint shops along Main Street. I was looking for a specific Stella and Chewy product that none of the other local pet stores carried, and they had it. Great selection of gourmet treats! I was also happy to see Puppia brand apparel, as it's impossible to find in stores, and sizing online can be hit or miss. The lady who works here is so friendly. She threw in free samples and was very helpful.
