Wavelength - with Tim and John leading the charge - provided an exceptionally solid proposal and an exceptionally efficient install for a new Wi-Fi/Nest camera system at the home of my 98 year old mother. Their bedside manner is decidedly un-geekish which was appreciated by all, especially Mom.

We were having serious Wi-Fi issues in the house. We finally decided to take some action. We upgraded our old FiOS and Wi-Fi routers, but weren’t getting nearly the speed that we should be receiving. After talking with several friends, they highly recommended Wavelength AV. I called the firm. As soon as I shared my story, it was quite obvious that they had dealt with these types of issues many times in the past. John, one of their technicians came to the house and did a walk-through looking at our equipment, understanding our wiring, the house structure, etc. John came back with a complete recommendation that we reviewed and accepted. Within a week Wavelength AV place the equipment order and installed the components. The installation took a couple hours. John and his team were very professional, clean, neat and answered any questions that we had. I especially appreciated the follow up call and email that I received from John to verify that everything was working as we anticipated.I’m so pleased with there work, their technical abilities, and responsiveness that we plan on using them again when we do a tv upgrade in the future.

If I could give the gentlemen at Wavelength a 10 star review, I would do so! We recently contracted with them for a new tv and sound system. We were having some issues that ended up being cable related (Optimum definitely does not get a positive review!), and Mike and John were incredibly helpful and would come meet the Optimum technicians to help figure it out, even going so far as to call Optimum service and walk through their "troubleshooting." . They had one goal in mind: to get it done! They literally answered my calls/texts at any time! They were a pleasure to work with and I can't think of any reason to bother going elsewhere.

Just moved here and checked out this store . Couldn’t have been more welcomed . I talked to Tim and he helped me for all my needs and gave me all ideas / setups that I use . They have top brand speakers and cameras . Really a great shop if you are looking for the correct products / equipment . Highly recommend

Wavelength surpassed all expectations regarding ease of service, professionalism and expertise. From the first call with Beth, to the virtual assesment with Tim, to the actual install spearheaded by John - the process was seamless. I have the best audio - visual setup ever! And, they took the time to answer all our questions. They also made it clear that they will be avaialbe for any follow up questions I may have. I will definitely use Wavelenght for future projects.

I'm not sure if the reviews below are from family or friends, but I came to the store to inquire about some of their equipment and had absolutely terrible customer service from a young lady (millennial age). She wanted to demonstrate the equipment's sound and features *via the equipment's website* even tho the equipment was right there *in the store*. Is this really the future of customer service with that generation? I try to support small business but this is incredibly pathetic.

Tim, Beth, and the technicians at Wavelength were a pleasure to work with and have in the house. They truly cared about the outcomes and were super responsive in answering all our questions (no matter the hour!). This was an extensive project in a new house with old wiring and equipment - and they did a super job! I'd recommend Wavelength for any of your AV projects!

Horrible...Just moved into town and I believe in shopping local. They came over to the house and I went through my goals for my audio / tv upgrades.Their process is that they don't just send you the quote- they want to review it with you.So I set up a call, blocking an hour of my day for them to review the quote with me.Except they never called me at the allotted time. They didn't call me at all to reschedule or apologize for wasting my time.When I followed up with *them* & asked for the quote, they refused to provide it with out scheduling another call / meeting.I told them that I wanted to give my business and money to a local company, but that I was not going to potentially waste another hour of my life hoping they actually follow up at the agreed upon times.Hard pass. I have been a client of Wavelength Audio Video for well over a decade--even before the company expanded, moved its operations to a larger store in Bernardsville, and stopped selling and servicing desktop computers because it was kept so busy with video and sound systems. The reason: John Monteiro. John is exceptional. Not only does he have years of expertise but also is an excellent communicator with the patience to teach client who are "low-tech" [in this case, me] how to use new equipment. I trust him totally for his professionalism and character. Beth, the Wavelength in-store manager should also be commended for her efficiency and courtesy. I recommend Wavelength wholeheartedly to anyone seeking superior audio-video products and services.

The entire team at Wavelength is amazing! I had a unique experience as they had to fix a job by another vendor (it was a mess). The entire team was professional, on time, clean, and made sure to continually follow up on the job once completed. I highly recommend!

Wavelength has always done an amazing job for us. Their service is great, they are always on time and able to fix tv any issues we have. Sometimes they are even able to fix issues remotely which is nice. We created an outdoor patio 2 years ago and we purchased our outdoor TV from them at a competitive price, they also installed several speakers and the sound is amazing!
