I was the only customer at the in-store pharmacy pick-up counter with two pharmacy workers inside within a few feet of where I was standing. Both had their backs to the pick-up counter with one helping a drive-through customer and the other going through already-prepared prescriptions. Neither worker looked my way nor acknowledged my presence. After a minute or two of being ignored, and also after seeing that the drive-through customer had left, I asked if I could pick-up a prescription. One worker looked my way and replied: "I'll be with you in a minute", while the second stated: "patience is a virtue". After another minute or so, I was assisted but only to be told that "we are still working on your prescription and it will not be ready until the pharmacist returns from lunch". I note that the drive-through customer had also left empty-handed and had been told to "come back in an hour and a half".It takes some degree of skill to interact respectfully with customers when working at a retail facility, especially at a facility where those customers are trying to pay for and retrieve needed medications for themselves or family members. In this instance, the workers displayed no such skill and seemed almost pleased to send customers away without their prescriptions.Stay away from Walgreens Pharmacy in Bernardsville.

I am not even a local here, but can totally get why this pharmacy has such bad ratings. Drove from Morristown to get the Covid booster shot and had the worst experience. The lady was down right rude, neither did explain what company vaccine she was injecting etc.

Assistant manager Michael was very helpful, I guess he's new. Was looking for a specific item and he walked me right to it. Very professional and kind. He stopped what he was doing and didn't point to the direction it was. Great job and thank you. Will shop there again

After their transition from Rite Aid to Walgreens things have improved drastically. The drive-thru is very convenient and the staff has always been very nice.

I went to pick up a prescription and everyone found things to do other than help me. There was no line at all . Poor customer service
