Would not recommend as they just tried upselling and overcharging for a phone replacement, for what turned out to be simple fix that I had to do myself. Would find another location as not worth aggravation of dealing with corporate to dispute and fix charges.

Alex is a life-saver: extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and transparent while helping me switch from my former mobile carrier to Verizon, plus upgrade to a new phone and watch. Took longer than expected due to internal reasons outside of his reach but always kept me updated at each step along the way and worked overtime to help -- can't over-emphasize how much I appreciate it, the man deserves a raise! lol

Cheaters who charge you for services not performed. ALWAYS ask them for a receipt and go through itemization. They charge you without talking through anything and it’s a hidden scheme and scam.
Services not performed and still billed for things under the radar to help them gain revenue without doing a penny. Buyers beware!

John and Alex were extremely helpful assisting me throughout the entire process returning my phone for a new one. They went above and beyond to ensure I was all set up and I can’t thank them enough. They were nice, respectful to everybody in the store, and my girlfriend and I will only be going to this location from now on!
