I called this branch of PNC to get an appointment with the manager, as I needed a Medallion Guaranteed Signature to transfer stocks held by my dad who passed. I was assured that I would get a call back from her. She was reportedly in a meeting at the time. After two days and no call, I visited the bank and was told she was in a conference. Again I was assured she would call me as soon as she was free, but she never did. Two weeks later I again visited the bank, expressed my frustration with their failure to contact me and once again asked that she call me for an appointment to get this service. Again I was assured that she would call me, as she was scheduled to come in on the following day. After two weeks, I gave up and contacted another branch that was much further away. I spoke to the manager that day and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. I can only conclude that the Bernardsville PNC is a horribly managed branch that has no respect for its clients. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend that you trust your money with a different bank.

The staff members are helpful and friendly. We have received excellent service over the years and have stayed with this bank largely because, when we need it, it has a convenient in-person branch as well as plenty of ATMs. Some of its processes are slow, which is why I gave it a 4, not a 5, star rating.

I remember it was May 2018 I went to this bank before and I had never had a bad experience with the people. I absolutely like Anthony Pinto because he very helpful activating my debit card and fixing the password problem.

New restricted hours especially given reliance on drive thru tellers. are not convenient for customers.
