Paul Miller VW will try to rip you off every time. I don't know how they stay in business with their crooked shenanigans.
They wanted to take advantage of my elderly friend by stating that her Tiguan needed four new tires and new front and rear brakes for a total estimate of $2,900.00.
Instead of getting ripped off by them, we had the service done by a great mechanic down the road for $900.00.
I've been going to him since 1991 and have always been pleased with his work. Paul Miller VW should hang their heads in shame but they have absolutely no conscience.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Paul Miller VW. I had read a lot of reviews before heading out and their reputation definitely held true. Vincent was on of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Relaxed, easy to talk to, and I never felt pressured or like I was trying to be upsold. From walking in to leaving the next day in my new GTI, everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped!

I found Paul Miller Volkswagen to be the kind of dealer I was looking for, one that regards you like a good friend. My wants/needs and thoughts/concerns were heard and taken into account. I didn't feel pressured in any way. Vincent the salesperson was easy to talk to and took the time to make sure I was happy with the car. In fact, the whole team provided us with honest answers and good advice.

Great experience at this dealership when buying a new car. Working with Edward and the sales team was a stress free experience. Team all went above a beyond in all aspects prior and post sale. Great interaction with Service/Parts team also. Overall a very well run dealership across all departments in my opinion, highly recommend!

Be careful with your choice of coming to this location and be diligent in ensuring that you are receiving the correct service and correct parts back. Absolutely ridiculous.

First dealship I been too and their service was not good made me drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to negotiate on a suv and wasn’t helpful won’t not recommend any to that dealership was kind of attitude from the sales guy and the manger bad experience ever and the dealership smells like gas regret going their please don’t make the same mistake

The whole process from beginning to end was stress free and everyone assisting us with our purchase was very professional, courteous and accommodating.
Edward our sales advisor was very kind, helpful and patient. He allowed us to take our time in selecting a vehicle without any pressure.
