I left the bank a few years ago after being a customer for years. I tried to overlook how rude the tellers were but it was too much. Over the weekend my new banks cash machine was down so I went to use Lakeland’s. There was a malfunction and I needed assistance and there was that rudeness all over again. It’s not what you say but how you say it!!

Before I enter they ask me to take my mask off to make sure it matched the ID and then tell I need to go to the drive through.....why even have a lobby.....what a waste of time

If your gonna go to any Lakeland branch avoid this one at all cost I’m disabled and can’t drive so I explained my situation to them and the lady at the desk gives me a attitude and tells me I need to go to the window In the middle of a snowstorm do you how embarrassing that is yet I’m withdrawing money and shes still giving me an attitude this bank has no respect for the disabled people save your self the trip and time Horrible customer service I switch to PNC and I love them at least they care
