OUTSTANDING!!!! Just outstanding. True professionals. They had the wine I wanted (altos las hormigas malbec 2021) , it was shipped immediately, and just look how well it was packed. It arrived warm (unfortunately, that's just florida weather, I guess it was in the Fedex truck for some time) but unless they can control the weather down here, I don't see how they could improve on this whole experience. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY.

Wow!!!! Not only did I get a great price on my wine selections, but, because I ordered a case, the shipping charge was waived. Also, it took only I day to receive my shipment!!!! Now that's service! Thank you so much!!!!! Can't wait to order more!!!!

With limited time to browse and enjoy, I enlisted the assistance of Adam, whom I recalled from a previous visit, to quickly locate specific requests and offered great suggestions that I look forward to sampling in the near future. I was particularly pleased with his knowledge, pleasantness and willingness to help. If I didn't live so far away (in CT) I would frequent this wonderful establishment more often.

As busy as they were with curb pick up I found it very efficient. The turn around was fairly quick and curb delivery went smooth. A Garys customer since 1989 when it was next to Channel Lumber. Keep up the good work.

At the bourbon tasting, the server was knowledge about bottles being offered. The other employees are always courteous and if they aren't sure of the answer, they get the correct person and follow-up to make sure you are satisfied. Always a great experience. ?
