Shopped online and saw the beautiful offerings from this store. I wanted to make a purchase and was unsure of the size - Sasha was very responsive and helpful in agreeing to ship both sizes so the I could choose the best fit and return the second one for a card credit. Would recommend and will definitely shop here again.

Beware ! Multiple year customer scammed at Christmas. "All sales are final." No signage stating this anywhere in the store. Tiny print at the bottom of your receipt (unsigned by me btw) states that all sales are final, and only store credit is available. Was looking at 2 x rings for my wife at Christmas. Couldn't decide so asked lady owner if I could take both and wife could return / exchange what she didn't like. She said yes, of course. Turns out she didn't like either so we went back to the store to find something else. Didn't like anything in stock but were told that all sales final and we had to use store credit. After multiple visits finally found something she liked, but really upset that we were put in this position. $2,800.00 ! They might have won the battle, but they lost the war and I will never shop at this store again. And I will sing from the rooftops how they cheated us.

Diamond Dreams is always one of my first stops when I go back to Bernardsville. While looking, Edward the owner, asked if I’d like my rings cleaned! He inspected my wedding ring and noticed the gold was worn down so much I was about to lose my diamond, and another diamond was askew. He showed me through the loop and I could see clearly what he was saying. He offered to repair it and I agreed, as I trust him and knew he did good work. I got my ring back three days later and it looked like the day I got it! I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE and am so happy that my diamonds are secure. I had been putting off getting it checked. I’m so happy with my ring, not to mention some wonderful finds from upstairs in the apparel! Thank you, Edward and Faina.

Lovely family owned store! Recently had my ring fixed here. Service was wonderful and timely. They sell beautiful jewelry and gorgeous clothing upstairs. I love visiting Kippie, too. ?

I can’t say enough about Diamond Dream. I was searching for a reputable local jeweler that also handles watch repairs and battery replacements. I found them online through a quick Google search and was so glad to have found them. Customer service is excellent, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I dropped two watches off and was back about a week later to pick them up. I highly recommend Diamond Dream for all of your jewelry and watch needs.

I came to Diamond Dream with a tangled necklace around my neck that seemed impossible to fix without cutting the chain. Instead of taking the easy way out, the jewelers were so helpful, patient, and determined to untangle my necklace so I didn’t have to repair the chain. I’m so thankful for Diamond Dream and blown away by their customers service… I highly recommend them!!

I feel so fortunate to have worked with Diamond Dream to recreate and redesign my wedding ring for our 20 year anniversary. Edward is a master jeweler. When I picked up my ring I think my exact words were “oh my goodness, you’re brilliant and so talented.” Then I teared up and hugged him. Throughout the entire process, he took the time to listen to my every dream and desire, gave his honest professional opinion but most importantly wanted to make sure I was happy and it was everything I wanted in a 20 year anniversary band. He shared each step with me to make sure we were on the same page. I truly couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. I wouldn’t hesitate going to them in the future.

Shapiros have succeeded in creating a family-run enterprise which has an air of a European atelier more than a place of commerce. Interesting mix of jewelry, watches, clothing, footwear and accessories, from Buccellati to Bluemarine to Breguet...Faina, Edward and their daughters have been a real pleasure to interact with, and I am very much looking forward to visiting Diamond Dream again.

My wife and I (Ruth) visited Diamond Dream for the first time last month and had a wonderful experience. Faina and Kim were exceptional and made our shopping experience fun. My wife purchased a few lovey dresses and their expertise was phenomenal. I'm sharing this find with our family and friends. Looking forward to shopping at Dimond Dream soon!

I am not one for jewelry and if I did wear any, it had to be non traditional with blue in it. FYI-My husband sucks at buying me gifts! Well, except for this time. Apparently, he went to Diamond Dream to find me a gift for my birthday and the staff steered him in the right direction. This necklace is definitely something I would have picked out myself. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company. Sasha went above and beyond to help me and my family get the perfect gift for my mother’s 60th birthday. The definition of perfect customer service and class, I would recommend them to anyone that has a need for excellence.
