This company closed on house for us in seven days. They are wonderful, reliable, caring and responsive. We came to them after a previous lender had wasted 2 months of our time.

Rich Bolt goes above and beyond when it comes to getting it done! I've known him since 2012 and have referred several family and friends to him! All have nothing but great things to say! Example I was working with another mortgage guy and my deal fell apart a week before closing!! Was supposed to close September 20th 2012 and it was about to be a disaster!! I was referred to Rich Bolt who got it done by October 2nd 2012 without hesitation!!

This company is wonderful. We were about to loose a house because a previous lender promised the world and did not deliver. They did the impossible for us. They got us to close in 7 days. Everyone said that they would not be able to do it but they did. Thank you guys for saving my life.
