“I went in tonight to get boards for my kids who just picked up skateboarding. They’re young and I know nothing about skateboards, so I was a little overwhelmed. Jeff was amazing. He explained everything to me, and was very patient when my kids changed their minds 3 times before committing to their boards. Deandrew (not sure if I’m spelling this right) built the boards for us and he was great, too. While he worked he shared some of his own skateboarding stories with my kids, and told them how to care for their new boards.It’s so easy to shop online these days, but Jeff and DAndrew are the kind of sales associates that make it worth going into the store.”
“Our experience at Lacrosse Unlimited was exceptional! Teddy was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, guiding us as we upgraded from beginner sticks for our two daughters. He patiently let the girls try out different sticks in the store, even passing to them for several minutes, making sure they were comfortable with their choices. It was close to closing time, but they never rushed us and spent time with us throughout the entire process.Additionally, Pat's training expertise and attentiveness were impressive. The dedication to ensuring our girls' understanding and comfort with the equipment truly stood out. “It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”

“The staff here is super helpful - the whole time we were here they were going back and forth helping people find what they were looking for.The store is surprisingly well-stocked. The thing is, lululemon is known for their golden goose - their leggings. If you go to any lulu, you can just about guarantee the leggings section will be full of people not sure what to get (which is natural and makes plenty of sense, I mean this is why people go to stores in person especially for clothes). The actual store (like many in retail) doesn’t seem to know how to lay out their inventory in a way where people have the space to do what they came to.All the five star reviews here are very valid, though. We went to a pop-up store and had a MUCH worse experience, too many people, not enough space in the aisles, just about no inventory. You’re way less likely to experience that here.”

“Mia is the best! I've had ALOT of experience with having things embroidered. This particular time it was really important to me, it was a gift for my brother who started his own company and we are all really proud of him. I digitized the file, as that is what I do for living, and brought it to LIDS in the bridgewater mall to have it professionally embroidered, because I really wanted it to have the most professional stitching. Well, first the guys who took my order were sweethearts, quirky and funny.. I wish I could remember their names. Nice guys. Managed to help me on Black Friday and manage the rest of the store. I ordered two hats and left. I called the store twice because I wanted to change my order. No problem.. they were very cool about it. Then I get a call from Mia. She tells me the wording is too small. I was so grateful that she called to tell me this and didn't just run it and shrug when I got there like just about any other embroidery vendor would have done. Then when I picked it up. I was so thrilled with the quality of work, which involved puffy embroider, which is more difficult then plain flat embroidery.. Thanks so much guys.. Really appreciate your professionalism.”
