What a strange experience. I visited for the first time on the weekend of their 15th anniversary sale (buy one full price get the second pair 40% off). The store was packed and there were piles of shoe boxes everywhere. There were only 2 employees. I waited 15 minutes to try two shoes on. I asked for wide shoe options and was told they were low, but found a few lying around. Left the store without new shoes, feeling confused and disappointed. Very unimpressed with service. Did I come on an off day?

Danny is fantastic. He is so helpful and very knowledgeable. I needed an extra deep shoe for custom orthotics and he found the perfect sneaker for me. They do special order too. I highly recommend this store.

This is THE place for running shoes in NJ. Joe and his staff are running shoe savants. I remember the first time I came in, as a novice runner, over 10 years ago, and showed Joe the shoes I was running in. He looked at them examined the wear pattern, and said, "These are great shoes! You should never wear them again!" The thing about running shoes these days are most of them are good; the trick is to find the one that is good for YOU. Joe and his staff are great at that. They do gait analysis, look at shoe wear patterns, ask about what running (or other activities) you do, and make excellent recommendations. Are they right 100% of the time? Well, maybe 95% of the time. But the two times in more than 10 years that I've bought shoes that didn't seem right, they just took them back and swapped them out, no issue with the 15 or so miles of "test running" I had on them, full refund, help you find shoes that work better. And if they don't have it, they'll order it. I know everyone thinks they can get a better deal online, but you really can't with Sneaker Factory. Their prices are competitive, but even if you pay a bit more, you are getting all their knowledge and expertise, their no questions asked returns for shoes that don't work out, and you become part of the local running community that they support. One of my very favorite local businesses to support!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude and unwilling to provide any help besides snarky comments. Even though the man working Monday morning acted like he knew what he was talking about, instead provided incorrect information and straight up nonsense

Joe was amazing to work with. Came in as a complete newbie looking to get a good starting set of running shoes to begin training with. He was understanding and knowledgeable, able to explain what was wrong when I brought up prior running issues and making recommendations to remedy said issues. A 10/10 experience, will put these to good use prepping for the spartan race, no complains thus far.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, two young men, looking way to young to be working there, sure proved me wrong. It was by far one of the very best shoe buying experiences I've had in just about forever. Not only did the young man assisting my daughter and I know what he was doing, he went way above and beyond to find her the right shoes, never looking annoyed as she tried on probably the 15th pair of shoes. Geraldo was wonderful, knowledgeable, compassionate to my daughter's foot issues, and a great people person.

Great local store, I highly recommend it.I was greeted immediately on entering and attended promptly. The clerk carefully assessed my gait and explained his observations and recommended three shoes.In 20 minutes I walked out with a great pair of shoes. I fully expected to pay a premium for this service, but as soon as I got home I Googled the shoes and found they are selling online for the same price I paid at the store. The difference is they wouldn’t come with the same professional advice and attention I received. Another plus, they didn’t try to sell me anything else.

My wife and I visited the sneaker factory to get a shoe for my wife. The sales lady was extremely non attentive and almost acted like she didn't want us to be there. min fact she was busy trying to watch soccer on TV while my wife was trying the shoe on. needless to say, we left without buying and will never visit this rude establishment again.

Brought the girls I nanny in today to get one of them a new pair of shoes. The process was quick and easy and the man who assisted us was very kind, patient, and helpful (didn't get his name, unfortunately). Would definitely recommend this store!
