“This was my very first puppy and i heard lots of people recommend this place. They were right. My puppy is being treated like a princes. They care so much and they informed me on every step. “The staff here is so helpful. We went in not knowing exactly which food or what we should get. However, the staff took time to really explain every food supply that would help our new pup. Even more, they provided us feedback with what toys and harnessed would work our new pup. Overall friendly location and our new pet store.”

“I went to the SouthHampton NJ store to buy a trailer that was listed online as being in stock. When I got there the trailer in stock was damaged because a purchaser left the lot and the tire fell off. The closest store that had the 5.5x10 trailer was an hour away, but not far from my home. They tried to help be purchase online which was not an option (to hold my item). Very nice and helpful. I drove to the other store in Hillsboro NJ and they had 2 trailers, one w the hitch lever bent. I bought the good trailer by using the Affirm app. Employees never saw this way to purchase but helped me successfully to purchase in store w the app (it wasn't easy and it's Black Friday so......). They were stressed, kind, patient and very very helpful. I couldn't leave the trailer for any period of time to save it as a Xmas gift (you could make money letting people get it later btw) so I brought my husband to the store later in the day to surprise him. It was like going back to the store to meet friends for the reveal. Even though I had many issues, more related to the processes of the franchise) I had a wonderful (but stressful) experience and would definitely go back to both stores.”

“What a wonderful place! All rescues and shelters should strive to be like this place. I have adopted and dealt with many shelters and rescues over the years and this place is by far the best. Very clean, every staff member I talked to was extremely nice, you can tell their hearts are in it without the pretentious attitude some rescues have. Hassle free adoption process. They even have a gift shop! Just a word of warning about the cat rooms. Don’t try and go just to “look”. You may end up getting picked by someone and leaving with a new family member.”

“I love independent pet stores! They had so many unique pet treats and freshly made biscuits. Also, they carry my dog's favorite brand of toy, Tuffy! Sadly we are on a budget and can't buy everything. The winner of the day is that we found an excellent quality 4 pair of dog booties! It's SO hard to fit these correctly with online shops...but I brought my little dog in and we were able to try them on right in the store! They were on clearance so it was a STEAL (in the clearance area)! Shoutout to the guy at the front, he helped me fit those booties and gave my dog tons of treats!”

He and Ana met me in my high standard of living that I naturally want to transition my newly found cat to. It’s absolutely natural for me to holistic and close to mother earth so it’s natural for me to want that for my cat as well. I came in with some challenging health concerns that I had been working on in a diy was with my cat and Daniel filled in my knowledge gaps and enhanced my knowledge and absolutely reaffirmed my truth in where I stand for my cats health. We layer out the journey together with my cats needs at the center of it. I deeply appreciate all Daniel’s passion to literally make the space on the counter to talk all things cat nutrition and holistic cat health. I felt very seen and heard in my desires for my cat. “Went in last week to finally check this place out after word of mouth. Got to me multiple times about his selection. Great variety in freshwater fish choices. All looked rather healthy in the tanks. Prices were on par. If not better than most the other locations for most of the fish. Adam was a huge help in discussing everything.Will definitely be back for the fish. Maybe not so much for some of the other small animals (mammals, reptiles) Staff was incredibly helpful, and friendly.”
