We have found that working with the Joy of Living team has been an incredibly positive experience. We have utilized their services to decorate multiple rooms in our home and have been consistently impressed with the results. The team is skilled at helping us narrow down our choices and stay within our budget, which is greatly appreciated. We love the creativity of our designer from Joy of Living. She asks us questions to understand our style and needs. Most importantly, she listens to what we are looking for and delivers. We love working with Joy of Living, their range of products for furniture to lighting and wall decor is top notch. They also are cognizant of our budget and able to design beautiful spaces for us while staying on target. Highly recommend.

After major flood damage to my home, I was faced with an unexpected renovation project for my living room and dining room. I was totally unprepared for this. Several friends recommended Dana at Joy of Living.Dana listened carefully to all of my concerns and with her expertise and artful talents, she created a gracious and comfortable new living room and dining area for me. We just love it.Her advice was especially valuable in coordinating colors and choosing all the new flooring I needed. The many options were carefully explained. My questions were promptly and courteously answered.Dana also made several practical suggestions for re-doing the areas most impacted by the flood damage.I can’t say enough about the super customer service and impressive design results!

Last year we visited a friend's home and were blown away by how beautiful their home now looked, very different from our last visit.I was anxious to meet with their designer to see if they could work with me on my furniture choices, and window treatments. I got a lot more.The custom colored area rug we selected for my living room was such a hit, we ended up buying area rugs for dining and family rooms.My home is both elegant and comfortable. So very happy.,I was looking for a designer, but instead got a GREAT TEAM. Always someone available to answer questions.I was anxious on the day of delivery. I need not have worried since a member if staff arrived at delivery to check condition and placementof furnishing.THANK YOU WONDERFUL JOY OF LIVINGWishing you all the best,Heidi Agin

Beautiful pieces disappointing customer experience. I was looking at a chandelier at Joy of Living for a couple of years and recently made the decision to purchase the piece after learning that the price was reduced. I was told that someone would contact me 2 days after making the purchase and did not hear from anyone for a week. I called a couple of times and was told that Dana the owner was very busy. I finally received a call from her after letting the associate who took my initial call know that I felt like I was being brushed off. Dana let me know that she was trying to locate an electrician to install the lamp and found someone who would be able to do the job. One day before the electrician was supposed to arrive I called the showroom to understand what was needed to prep for the installation. Dana let me know that the electrician would not be able to do the installation and she did not have anyone else to do the job. She suggested that I come by to pick up the chandelier myself. She did not wrap the piece or put it in a box. It was taken down from the ceiling and she put it in my car unpackaged!!! I found that to be very tacky! I only went forward with the purchase because the piece is so unique and beautiful. I do not plan to do business with Joy of Living again as a result of my experience.

Cuzzin's Let me tell you about this 'lil shop: Made me want to go home and throw out all of my stuff - like mirrors, lamps, paintings, vases, and all other kind of knick-knacks. Their stuff is soooooo nice. Before you even think about getting anything to adorn your walls, or to place on your end tables - check them out first. You heard it from me.
