DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!! Very rude disrespectful horrible owner please do not buy your loved ones flowers here go somewhere else and get them flowers or fruit baskets. There’s a reason why they only have two star review if I was able to give stars I would’ve that’s how horrible this place is. Has no respect for women save your money

For Father's Day I was searching for a plant I could send to my husband for his office. I wanted to purchase it from a local florist. I came across Green Grove Fruit & Flower. I was very excited to be able to support a local business, which claimed to have a location on Valley Road in Basking Ridge. I placed my order on line which was fairly simple to do. I even added in a tip for the driver which I am not always inclined to do. Saturday morning a vehicle with NY plates pulls in my driveway and a very young looking boy gets out with my delivery. As I meet him in the driveway he says "Hey sorry about the balloon, it deflated in the car." WOW seriously! This clearly was some outsourced delivery person but if you are going to have someone represent your business you should be sure they provide the level of service you expect. I attempted to call the business to complain but was only able to get a voicemail. I left a detailed message and EXPECTED a call back. Nope nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Very disappointed.

I ordered a fuschia to be delivered on a Friday. On Saturday a geranium was delivered. It was not what I ordered nor was it delivered on time. Definitely not a reliable florist.

If you buy from them, they will do the best they can not to deliver on the day scheduled. It doesn't matter when you place your order, a week, a month prior to delivery date. It seems like put their best effort to teach you a lesson to not make any business with them.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day and they weren't. Not even a phone call to let me know it would be delivered later. Now nobody is answering the phone

I wouldn't give them one star. Very Rude!! Didn't answer as a flower shop. Seems very shady. They wouldn't work with your budget.

I'm not going to go on a rant about how awful this company is I'm just going to tell you what happened in plain terms and tell you why you should take your business elsewhere. I ordered a sympathy flower piece and scheduled a same day delivery. The day came and went without sign of the flowers. I remained patient and then decided after 4 days it was time to call. Upon calling I was helped by a friendly employee who allowed me to explain my dilemma. After explaining what had happened the employee simply responded "that's weird, let me transfer you" I was then transferred to a line where there was no answer so I proceeded to leave a voicemail with my contact information. Two days later after I had not heard back I then logged in to my mobile banking app and marked the charges as fraud. Within a week or so the bank issues a temp refund which will eventually become a permanent refund after they finish investigating with the vendor. Flowers were ordered on Jan 4 and it is now Feb 8 and I have yet to receive any contact from vendor. Bank will conclude its investigation sometime in early March. Human error and mistakes are part of life for us mortals. When a mistake is identified and a vendor offers no solutions and makes no attempts to right the wrong it's important that the vendor be held accountable and other potential customers be informed before paying ridiculous prices for a bundle of flowers that I could have picked from a highway median had it been the right season. Behavior like this is indefensibly idiotic and if this business owner had any self respect of awareness they would fix this issue or perhaps pursue a different career path that they can actually succeed in. Based off many of the reviews I have read off of several platforms this would appear to be a common occurrence. For anyone considering this business..... The market is saturated with flower shops willing to deliver flowers in most areas. There few to no reasons why this place should be your choice. Allow my experience to serve as a tryout and I tell you they failed miserably. The bright side...... Fortunately bad businesses like this tend to fail when they refuse to make the appropriate corrections to improve services. While I don't wish to see a business fold and it's employees lose jobs, I have a much larger issue with individuals getting scammed out of their hard earned dollars by a two-bit flower business. Don't be fooled by any response the vendor may or may not make to this review. They had more then enough time to apologize and make things right and they have chosen to remain silent and it this point any kind of damage control would just be desperately pathetic. Way to go Green Grove Fruit and Flowers

Recently ordered a centerpiece for my fire place mantle, and I was pleasantly surprised how the order turned out! The flowers were beautiful and arrived just an hour or two after I ordered them! I'm definitely going to order from them again in the future, thank you Green Grove Flowers!!

If I could give this flower shop no stars, I would. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to someone who did me a nice favor. I decided to go check out the bouquet to see if it was what I ordered. The flowers were old and the arrangement was hideous...I was so embarrassed, it was awful. I called the shop and was promised a return phone call from the owner....of course, it never came. Do yourself a favor...skip this place.

Ordered the lovely lavender medley and delivered did not match at all.. called and let them know and I told them if it takes a few days to get in the correct flowers so it is right that's fine... they delivered the second one an hour later and was still way off.. and worse than the first.. see the collage photo I posted

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the day after mother's day. It's now 2 days later and after calling twice and being assured they'd be delivered the following day, my mom has still not received them! Don't order flowers from this company, they are clearly not reliable for special occasions.

0 stars if I could. Hopefully you check these reviews before you order from this place. Flowers were ordered for delivery on Monday 5 days in advance. Not delivered, requested to cancel the order, they delivered them AFTER that request, the Thursday after that Monday! Man on the phone was extremely rude to my wife. Do not under any circumstances order from this store, they deserve to go out of business.
