I’ve been coming here for 6 years and it’s about time the owner just hangs it up and sells this place. Half of the equipment is broken and there is only one working water fountain, the room with the only working water fountain was locked so I had to work out without water. The dude clearly doesn’t care about this place and should honestly sell it to someone young and ambitious that would flip this gym. The only thing that is appealing is how lowkey this place is and how it’s never packed.

They are staffed by affable, knowledgeable people, they have convenient hours with a good mix of machines and fixed weights AND they have a pool!

Old school, hard core gym! Equipment from the golden age of lifting and iron plates that still say made in the USA! It is a step back in time. Do not expect Planet Fitness, expect a lifting gym. The sauna and pool are a nice touch, but it is a gym for body builders and lifters! Scream that light weight baby all you want.

Great gym to get a workout in. Friendly staff and plenty of equipment for anyone.

This place is awesome. The equipment is old, this isn't some fancy new gym, but it doesn't have to be in order to be good and get the job done. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The water jets will massage your back, and the sauna is hot. This gym has all the equipment you could possibly need to get jacked. Don't pay attention to the other reviews on Google. Those people are stuck up and like to complain about everything.

Stopped in for a trial workout, could not finish my workout since it was freezing cold inside, 58 degrees in the warmest room in the building, other rooms were at least 10 degrees colder. In talking with another member it seems this is the normal for this place as the owner is cheap and refuses to turn the heat on in winter and summer they have no AC. Hard pass on this place, no thanks!

OMG this place is sooooo dirty! They even have live raccoons falling thru the ceiling tile and running loose inside the gym while members are inside. Dept of Health needs to shut this place down.

Wouldn’t let members cancel over the phone during the pandemic. All to try to keep customers from canceling, you’re going to make them come in person (not social distancing). Bad customer service.Trainers are great (loved yoga and Latin dance and Damon and RJ) and the amount of equipment was decent, but the facility needs major upgrade and repairs. Prices changed frequently with no logic just to try to make money and no upgrades or repairs to justify increases.

I used to work out here years ago. It has changed a little but it's still familiar. Just like going home after a long time away. I will be going back.
