These guys do better body work than the Tesla manufacturer and their panels but that’s a low standard. Got my car earlier than expected and communicated with the whole job through. Great work and car seems like it wasn’t even in an accident.

I gave them 1 star because I could not give them a lower rating. I cannot consciencely recommend this center to anyone. I took my car on July 1, 2024 for repairs. I was told that the car would need to be in the shop for a week. However, they decided to release the vehicle within 2 days. The work that was performed, and lack there of, was shoddy to say the least. My only recourse was to involve my insurance company. I opted to go to another shop for quality repair work. Never again will I visit this shop!

The red lion office shipped/towed my car to the Berlin store and they did the worst job I have ever seen. Took it back to the red lion location to fix it. They didn't make any effort to fix it and tried to make up reasons not to do anything at all to fix the horrible job the Berlin store did. They towed it to berlin again without my consent to get the work fixed. I get it back and there are still significant issues with the paint. I take it back to red lion a third time and once again they tried to find reasons not to fix it. Still waiting for my car to get fixed as we speak. Worst experience with any body shop in my life.

Rocco's Berlin did an excellent job repairing my car. They kept me informed the entire time the had my car and finished repairs ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them!

Rocco’s at 806 Reed Street, Philadelphia was a great experience from start to finish! Very professional and friendly. My car looks TERRIFIC (rear bumper replaced). Thank you Mike, Sofia and Sal! You’re the best! I highly recommend this location.

I got work done on my car a few months back from Rocco’s after a collision. Fast forward to June 2024 and I just took my car out of the shop with over $1,000 in repairs to fix the damages from their wrong doing. They used wrong size bolts, missed to replace important parts - to name a few. I went by the reviews of this place and never would’ve imagined this would happen. Beware!

I just picked up my 2919 Toyota Corolla from needing the rugs to be replaced due to a leak in the sunroof I put a claim in through my insurance and there was so many more things that needed to be fixed I was given an estimate It was done ahead of time which is great but the experience with Rocco's was phenomenal My car looks great they even cleaned up all the water stains and the roof of the interior of the car I definitely recommend this place I've been to other Rocco facilities but this place went above and beyond I definitely recommend. Communication was great everybody kept me updated and the girl at the front desk was excellent!

I dropped my truck off at roccos for a inccedent involving another driver when he damaged my side veiw mirror on my vehicle. And they told me they would let me know when the repairs were all finished and when I could pick it up again. About 4 or 5 days later they told me the repair was done and that I could pick it back up, but when I got there I saw some minor damage on the replacement part and wasn't satisfied with the end result. They told me that was completely fine and said they can fix the issue. Two day later they called back and said that it's ready again and when I whent back to pick it up my truck looked just as new as the day I got it. Over all very satisfied with my whole experience with the company will recommend others to go there.

My experience with Rocco’s Collision Repair Center has been a great experience. They have a great staff. The ladies in the front desk were very friendly, helpful and professional. The guys who worked on my repairs did an awesome job and I am very pleased with the results. They also cleaned my vehicle on the inside and washed my vehicle on the outside. I highly recommend this shop and you won’t be disappointed!!!Thank You ??????
