Under Neeraja’s guidance, Matt, Shilpa, and Meredith have always come up with some brilliant recommendations that have saved money and provided smooth implementation of new technology. “After my recent experience, I can honestly say I will never go to any other T-Mobile store besides the T-Mobile on Blackwood Clementon rd. I was at a T-Mobile store on Crosskeys Road and the first words out of the reps mouth was, he cannot guarantee he can recover any information as my phone was completely smashed. The glass was broken as a truck ran over it. He then stated there was no way to recoup anything from pictures to documents, even though I had it backed up to the iCloud. We walked out of the cross keys road branch extremely disappointed. the rep had no knowledge of how to handle my situation and didn’t even try! In the beginning, the rep said they had a new phone I was going to purchase, but then when the rep saw my phone, he told me the phone I wanted was not in stock and that he couldn’t do anything. In a way, I am so glad the rep at Cross keys Road did not help us because when I got to the Blackwood Clementon Road branch, I knew I was in excellent hands. Jill saw my phone and went right in the back and got two brand new phones, and started her magic! She was just clicking away and then would hand me the phone and say change your password and then I gave it back to her and then she would hand me the phone and say sign in then gave it back to her and she would continue typing away, handing off the new phone to me as needed. Jill recovered all of my data, got me set up with a new phone and I was on my way! I have to say, the knowledge, experience, and customer service with a smile was the best I have seen in a very long time! Jill was not just Good, She was exceptional and exceeded my expectations! Great job and valued employee. Thank you!”
“I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris. Despite the busyness of the store, Chris went above and beyond to ensure that my transaction was smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process.
What stood out to me the most was how Chris took the time to make sure my 14-year-old daughter was set up with everything she needed during the phone transfer. He was able to multitask effortlessly while making sure that everyone in the store was being taken care of.

He checked for us before we go there and ensured they had it in stock! We arrived and he replaced the old one with then one they had in stock. Overall 10/10 would recommend Kennth’s services at T-Mobile.”

1598 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill“I walked into this store with an iPhone issue… I didn’t think it had anything to do with my phone service, but I was in the area and had done all of the troubleshooting online, so I figured I would stop by and ask. Nichol took the time to listen to me, did everything she could to troubleshoot my issues, partnered with her coworkers, and gave me a very educated guess about what the problem is. I knew I was going to have to go to Apple all along, but she was so patient and tried everything to try to help me avoid that trip. She gets all the stars. Also, pro-tip from just observing the service here: if you locked yourself out of your phone (or caused any problem through human error), that’s not a T-Mobile service issue, that’s a “you” problem, so don’t hold it against the employees or the carrier that you can’t get into your phone. If you get mad about something they can’t control, they will apologize for your frustration and treat you with respect, but make sure you’re getting mad at the right people. These people were fantastic and I have nothing but great things to say about my year of service with T-Mobile.”

“I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”

Greg was phenomenally helpful from answering questions, providing refreshingly honest guidance, to engaging SME support as needed.I don’t normally post reviews, but for any current or future Verizon customer, this store was extremely helpful. In has become a very digital world, Greg is an Ambassador for old school customer service that generates customer loyalty. I will only ever go back to this store for my Verizon needs.”

“Had a great experience at Verizon in Cherry Hill Haddonfield Road location. Went in just to ask questions the 1st day to weigh my options. Met with a nice rep, Ash, she spent about an hour going over everything with me. Told her I would come back in a couple days if I decided to keep my business with Verizon (19 years already) because I wanted to shop around. Well she was so knowledgeable and nice that I didn’t shop I just went back to her and she spent another couple hours helping me upgrade and add service to my account. Do yourself a favor and ask for Ash-
