This company is unethical and behaves fraudulently. I have had conversations with Heather that a kindergartener would have on a playground where she then just repeatedly hangs up on me a dozen times. The manager Kyle won’t take your call, he prefers that you contact law enforcement rather than tell him personally he sent you the wrong item. Don’t waste your time and money.

Would give "0" if possible. They didn't have something in stock that I had ordered. They told me I would not be charged. Not only was I initially charged but they gave me a hard time trying to get that amount taken off. When they finally did, they still charged me tax on that amount. Had to email and make a couple of phone calls. I was told I had to speak with Heather, the manager and to call back the next day. I did, had to go thru a prescreening call with the person who answered the phone and Heather got on the call and was as rude as anyone I've ever had to deal with. Told me she wasn't going to "debate" the charges with me and hung up on me. Finally got the charge reversed on my credit card. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Lousy/non existent customer service.

I will advise you against ordering from this company.!They claim free returns…NOT TRUE!!! I ordered some hair products & then found one half price in another store.When I contacted them to return the item, I was informed I would have to pay the UPS fee of $7.49 to return the product & another $7.49 bc after the return my original order would be less than the amount to qualify for free shipping.This would mean I would have to pay $15 to return a $20 item.Of course it wasn’t worth it so I kept the over priced item.I have never heard of such a policy!When I called, I was told tough luck in essence.Be aware that they do NOT have FREE returns & they are not customer friendly.In my opinion, you are better off shopping where you can return personally & not be taken advantage of.Just another note, if they offer a discount be sure your order reachedtheir ‘FREE’ shipping ‘before the ‘discount’ or else you will be charged shipping.Very unethical…..BE AWARE!!!!!

I ordered late Monday night, my order was shipped on Tuesday and I received my order on Thursday morning. Everything was packaged perfectly, exactly as ordered and nothing was leaking or damaged! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! After reading most of the reviews (after placing my order) I was skeptical, but I could not have had a better experience!

I could not be happier. Not only did they have my color in stock, but they had a lot of it in stock. In addition, the creme developer that coordinates with it has been impossible to find and this Image Beauty had it. So of course, I ordered loads. The shipment came super quick and was packed extremely well! Very happy and I will shop again for sure! Thank you so very much!

Shipping took less than 5 days to get to my house. They also have a very large variety of hair dye and bleach, which made my search much easier.

I've ordered items from this store a few times now. Each time, the packaging is done well, the items are new, and shipping happens soon after the order is made. I feel assured that when I order items from this vendor, products will be "new" and shipped quickly. If this is the norm for this vendor, I'll be ordering my beauty supplies from here every time.
