This place has the best hoagies. Thier tuna hoagie is the best around hands down. They have a milk club here that they give you a card for and you present it at each purchase and once you reach the required amount of purchases your next gallon is free. They have a large menu of sandwiches and wraps, soft pretzels, fresh coffee and more. This place is way better than Wawa!

Tim and Chance were so polite and welcoming! They had a smile on the entire time! They were fast and efficient! Chance was even doing a little dance while making my sandwhiches! Its a breath of fresh air to see people just enjoying life and their job! Ive been to this location several times and had a much different expierence! Will return more often!

Always get great service at the Berlin Heritages! The young men that work in the evenings are always polite, fast, and make the food perfectly! I wish I knew their names so I could compliment each of them.

my home away from home. very nice and professional line of employees. those blonde boys that work there have to be heritages veterans! everytime i go in they greet and welcome me into the store, i feel as if i am apart of the team! overall favorite convenience store :))))))

Would give 0 stars if I could. I am a frequent customer at this location since I moved to Berlin. I go in here about 3-4 times a week to purchase my zyn nicotine pouches. For 3 months I have regularly been in and out buying them no problem. (I am 25) I walk in today and this older lady I’ve never seen before rings me up and I ask for my zyns as usual and she grabs them asked for ID which I left my ID at home on accident so I said no big deal I can just show her a picture of my ID on my phone as anyone else would do. She wouldn’t even bother to look at it. So heritages dying company just lost another customer. Not because their food is bad, or overall quality of the store but because of bad customer service. If I was some old guy with white hair you think she would’ve gave them a problem? Very disappointed in heritage.
