Switching to rite aid down the road. They never have what you need and are impossible to get ahold of over the phone.

Polite staff with a really clean store which is surprising for this place if im honest. I had to take off a store bc they shelves just felt super empty and stopped carrying my favorite candy.

Worst pharmacy ever. The staff is rude, the service is horrible and the competence is lacking!! I have been using this pharmacy for years but will no longer continue to fill my prescriptions here.

This store, particularly in the pharmacy, can be defined by words such as arrogance, incompetence, non-existent management, rudeness....... This store should simply be avoided.

The Pharmacy sent my wife a text saying her prescription was ready for pick up. One would assume that the Pharmacy hours would be the same as that of the store. If one assumes this they are wrong. Too bad the text does not indicate the hours the store pharmacy is open.

I find it ridiculous that after 31 mins I still was not acknowledged on the phone line for a question regarding my daughter's recently filled prescription. There has to be some Service Level Agreement that you need to abide by. At least be respectful of all and answer with a "Hello, we'll be with you as soon as we can." I tried to hang on and see just how long it took but just couldn't handle the horrible piano music anymore and waste more of my time for a simple question that would take 2 minutes. This is not the first horrible experience I've had here... get more staff and do a better job because this CVS is exactly why I will NEVER recommend your pharmacy.

I walked in to pick up a prescription because I received a call that it was ready. There were 4 people in line ahead of me. One woman was taking care of the drive through window, one young man began to wait on one of the customers and two other women plus the pharmacist were behind the counter. The women were studiously ignoring all of the customers waiting to pick up prescriptions. I waited for 1/2 hour and then I left, disgusted. Apparently, no one instructs the folks who work in the pharmacy that their job is also customer service! This is retail, folks and this is YOUR JOB!

I waited a few months hoping the experience would get better but it seems like it's only gotten worse. The pharmacy used to be good but unfortunately something happened. Between immediate pharmacy please hold when I call, hold times of 20+ minutes (probably would be longer but by then I've remained on hold and driven up to the location) and surprise there's not a line or anything so I'm unsure why I've been on hold in the first place, extreme lack of knowledge--they've filled my prescription told me it's ready and then when I go up they've mysteriously lost it and I have to wait 30 minutes for them to refill, it's just left a poor taste in my mouth. I've even spoken to the manager Dave, but all he does is nod at you and say I understand. They're pulling people from the front of house to work the pharmacy that have no idea what they're doing--I've even received the wrong prescriptions! I've been told they're out of a medication when in fact they're looking at the wrong prescription. Gotten misinformation about being able to get the rx filled at a different CVS it's exhausting. Oh and at least five times when my doctor has faxed something over to me they never received it. So I follow up with my doctor and have him refax still state they haven't gotten it-- no one realizes that there's no paper in the machine ...now I just have to ask when I call to check to make sure they have paper. I waste more of my time on the phone with the doctor and the pharmacy and waiting in line while they search for filled prescriptions and give me the wrong one than I'd care to admit. Need more training, the amount of aggravation I've had to deal with it is completely ridiculous and uncalled for. Definitely changing pharmacies, the lack of customer service, total incompetence is just too much to deal.

Every time we come here, there is some kind of issue. The technicians are not kind and not understanding. Explain to me how I can pick up my husbands pills for him but I can't pick up his year end statement of how much we spent on the medicine... seriously.... need to find a new pharmacy!!
