I had been looking for a convertible VW Beetle for about a month and had been to a lot of used car dealerships. Cross Keys Cars was by far the most professional, honest, and reputable dealership that I visited. As a family-owned business, they stood by their reputation and their word. The whole process was great, and the location was convenient. The entire operation was relaxing, professional, and easy, making it a fairly seamless experience. Even when there was a hiccup with some paperwork, they worked with me and kept me posted on updates, even over the weekend through text and phone calls. This made me feel very comfortable. The price was reasonable and included their handling of the title registration plates and so forth. I love my car, and I would definitely go back to buy from them again. I highly recommend Cross Keys Cars

We bought our son’s first car from Ray. Found it online and called to find out more about it. Ray was very helpful and upfront about the vehicle. Very easy sales experience, no B.S. He was very accommodating and kept his word when we encountered a minor post-sale issue with the car. I would highly recommend Cross Keys if you are looking for a used car.

Bought my sons car here. Easy sales experience. Decent cars with varying mileage. We didn't need financing but they do offer it. It's worth it to check them out if you're looking for a used car.

I bought a 2012 Kia Forte it was my first car purchase from an actual lot. Ron was very welcoming and friendly!! Made me feel very comfortable and not forced at all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle would rate 10 stars if possible.

These guys are a great lot-- I sell cars myself out in PA an hour away and had my manager check out pricing and the Carfax prior to as I was searching the entire East Coast and there was nothing out there and pricing was right in line with a great deal on the market. (Despite the market being an absolute mess right now ????????)Process was super easy despite me soaking my checkbook one of the one or two times I ever take it out of the house and they were able to process a wire transfer in a day and helped coordinate picking up the car after-hours on a Saturday which was also great so I didn't have to wait an additional week to drive the car!They've also got a real cool garage of unique cars that they do personal work on and have experience with older stuff as well as having a luxury-car-like experience.Thanks again to the whole crew there!

Recently I was just in an accident that completely totaled my first car. I used all of my money that I had saved and the money from the insurance company to purchase a 2007 Jeep Liberty from cross keys auto exchange. The owner bragged about test driving every car for a few miles to see if the check engine light comes out. The first day the check engine light popped on, and the 4 wheel drive dose not work. The second day one of my friends opened the passenger rear door and a chunk of rust fell off taking along some of the plastics and step. Not only is the car full of rust that can go at any time but I also have to dump 400 dollars worth of parts into the engine just so I can pass inspection. Today when I picked up my plates I told the owner about the problems but he didn’t have a response.
