Has someone that knows nothing about electrical work. I came in with a list of what I needed. I found them to be extremely friendly and courteous even with the novice. I also thought that prices were more than fair. The breaker I end up buying was less than half the price I expected it to be.

We recently did a major kitchen remodel and were in need of kitchen lighting. We tried to buy something online and also looked in the big box home improvement centers. We had zero success with this. We then visited your location. The amount of display lighting is perfect. Our Lighting Consultant,Sue Meissler was attentive, professional and great to work with. We were able to purchase our pendant kitchen light because of this. I will say that both times that I was there,it was busy but trust me, it’s worth it. We are very happy with our light!Plus, the gentlemen in the electrical supply section of the store were really friendly and helpful as well.

My wife and I are building a new home. With the worry and possible confusion on selecting ALL the lighting and fans, we were anticipating being overwhelmed, however, upon arriving at Billows, we were greeted by a wonderful young lady, Devon. She immediately made us feel relaxed and took control in an organized order. She was knowledgeable, kind and extremely patient. We never felt like we were being rushed and Devon always took the time to give suggestions when she felt we were uncertain. The entire staff was friendly as well. I would highly, highly recommend Billows as their selection is also never ending.

My husband and I went to this location to deal with a number of issues. When we walked in we we greeted by an associate that addressed us in a snooty, arrogant manner. We started with asking about replacing a cover for a light fixture in the 13 year old house we bought. Her attitude and body language made it clear we were annoying her. She told us they don't sell replacements. No "maybe we can find you an alternative" or any other indication she was interested in us as customers. We plan on replacing/updating may light fixtures for our home but we both felt unwelcome. We will never use or recommend this location to or friends.
