Flowers were extremely important to me for my wedding and from the moment we first met with Ron we could see his personalization, attention to detail, and ability to transform ideas in my head to beautiful floral creations. He would even show live examples of some of the flowers to help me better visualize. They were also flexible as our initial estimates for tables/ guest counts or personal flowers needed changed over time. Addie Rose was excellent to work with throughout the planning process and I could not be happier with how my wedding flowers turned out.

DO NOT HIRE! I strongly advise AGAINST engaging with this company. Regrettably, my wedding decor suffered due to the owner's (Ron Gendrachi) negligence and lack of effective communication. Despite providing reference pictures detailing my desired ceremony decor during our initial discussions, the actual setup fell far short of expectations and was not completed in a timely manner. My bouquet arrived over an hour late and was not included in any of the pre-wedding shots. The little decor that was set up was still being completed while guests were taking their seats. Subsequently, my attempts to address these issues and seek reimbursement for the deficiencies were met with prolonged silence, necessitating follow-up calls from alternate numbers just to elicit a response. Almost 3 months went by and even then, the owner's offer to reimburse only the setup fee demonstrated a lack of accountability and professionalism. He and his staff even accused my husband of purposely damaging one of their items which in turn was not true. This company fails to deliver satisfactory service and I strongly discourage others from engaging their services. DO NOT HIRE!

Stopped in for flowers for my wife after a knee replacement and I can’t get over the color, smell of these flowers. Unbelievable customer service, stopped what he was doing to make them, didn’t make me feel small for not knowing what I wanted lol just pretty is all I had. They do all big events and small and can stop in. Took the time to educate me on how to care for them as well.

We were fortunate enough to work with Ron with Addie Rose this past weekend for Shia's Sweet 16 and his florals and decor were incredible! Everyone was complimenting it and loved that they could take home the beautiful centerpieces. We're hoping to work with them again soon!

I want to say thank you to Addie Rose Floral for the absolutely beautiful arrangements they did recently for my wedding on June 3rd. Ron completely understood and captured my vision for my wedding and went above and beyond. The colors were stunning and vibrant. It was everything I wanted and more. This is the second time I've used Addie Rose Floral and each time they have taken my breath away. My wedding was so spectacular and magical because of the creative genius of Ron and Addie Rose Floral.

One of the best florists I have dealt with, they were extremely friendly and were able to put together a beautiful floral arrangement for our 10th Anniversary for my wife at a very reasonably cost. The delivery was cheaper than I could have imagined as we were local to the florist too. I'm definitely going to remember them for future flowers and they are able to put together something unique if you call them to let them know what you want.

Ron did my flowers for my wedding and i could not be happier with the outcome! I am not well versed in florals and didn’t really know what i wanted but Ron took the reigns with limited instruction from me but met my vision perfectly! Making a mock centerpiece for my tasting and suggesting reusing the centerpieces for the ceremony space really made me feel like he was looking out for me financially. He also did the flowers on the cake perfectly. Thank you so much Ron!

Ron is amazing! He did florals for my wedding a month ago and NAILED my vision. He is so open to creative changes and ideas and is calm in nature so it made everything very seamless. Also, instead of buying unnecessary pieces, he reuses florals from your ceremony. He really knows his stuff! Thank you so much Ron we appreciate you and your team!

Addie Rose made beautiful center pieces for my wedding. Incredible quality flowers! Easy to work with. The owner offered a mock up arrangement and adjusted the initial look to my preferences with no problem.Quite a few disappointments though.I ordered garland for a fireplace mantle and sweet heart table and to my surprise….it was FAKE! With a few real flowers sprinkled throughout. For $300 I could have bought this on my own or not had it at all. No indication in our contract it was to be artificial garland. The driver even took it home at the end of then night!! I called the owner and he explained one of the fridges went down overnight - I couldn’t understand what he was saying because the phone was breaking up, but I do understand accidents happen…My bouquet did not match the center pieces.Also to my surprise, the center piece stands were NOT what I chose from the shop selection. Owner decided the ones he picked would look better.The boutenniers were completely unusable! We needed ONLY the grooms flower to be made with pins instead of a magnet, and they were all made with pins to hold an enormous rose which flopped over and bent the pins. Even the photographers were surprised this particular flower and pins were chosen for the men.What bothers me the most is I was not informed of any of these changes. I saw them all on my own when I entered my venue and had to call the shop for an explanation . I realize nothing is perfect, but expected better communication and would have appreciated a heads up to which things would be different than what I believed to be paying for.Even better, would have preferred an option for a refund instead of getting fake garland from a florist!!

The owner, Ron, is incredibly kind, helpful, and generous. I had purchased a prom bouquet from another florist. I was unhappy with it and called Addie Rose Floral in a panic. Ron told me to come right over and he'd take care of it. He did so and it looked amazing! Thank you, Ron for showing the incredible customer service! I will only order from you in the future!
