Nothing but disappointing. It's Valentines Day, and despite paying extra for delivery to be guaranteed today- they did not provide the service they so happily took extra money for. The business number that my boyfriend called multiple times throughout the day to ensure delivery would be secured was busy with no option to speak or contact anyone. No phone call, no notice, no messages, no way to know what happened. They charged his card and did not provide service. It is so sad that a family owned business would stoop this low. Do your self the favor and DO NOT trust them with your money, especially on a high volume day like today. Go elsewhere!!!!

Called around to three other area florists before I stumbled upon this shop. The folks here were friendly and accommodating and were able to put together a lovely same-day bouquet that matched what I was looking for. I'd gladly send more business their way!

I have been dealing with this florist for years in ordering flowers for my family's gravesite. Called them today and found out that they changed ownership recently. Their current staff are rude, abrupt, and lacking in any basic knowledge of their own business. Was repeatedly put on hold for lengthy periods because their staff could not answer simple questions. Was disconnected and they did not call me back. The words please and thank you are unknown to their staff. They have absolutely nothing in stock. They refused to make a grave blanket for my family's grave. They did not even have Christmas wreaths, even though we are only a month away from Christmas.. They had no silk flowers in stock. Would avoid this business like the plague. Really sad because they used to be an excellent florist and I used them for many years.

The florists at the Berlin Blossom Shoppe created the most beautiful spray for our beloved coworker’s funeral. I am so grateful for the florists’ help to incorporate a little, blue artificial bird within the arrangement for our “Judybird”, as we would call her. It was incredibly special and meant so much. The flowers were perfect in every way, and I can’t thank this kind-hearted team of florists enough!!

I found this place a few years ago while looking for a florist in jersey for a gift basket. I was impressed with what was sent that I decided to see what they had for the holidays. I went to the shop to find something for my parents grave for Christmas. The staff is friendly and willing to help you create the perfect arrangement. I will come back every year.

Lee and her team are absolutely amazing. Her talent and dedication to making my wedding flowers vision come to life was nothing short of incredible. My flowers were stunning. Very professional and caring!!! Chrissy at Berlin Blossoms is AMAZING! My sister was in a local hospital and I live in another state. After calling the hospital and getting their confirmation that my sister could receive flowers I called Berlin Blossoms because of the many 5 star reviews. When my flowers were delivered the hospital REFUSED them!!!Chrissy took care of everything.Many thanks for the BEAUTIFUL flowers and the caring service!

Ordered 3 large standing sprays for a funeral of a family member. The flowers and arrangements were magnificent. Chrissy, the floral designer, delivered exactly what was promised. The arrangements were delivered on time and set up at graveside. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Pleasantly surprised to find this wonderful flower shop. I was in need of a last minute Arrangement for a funeral service in New York, but had to have it created around a die cast camero car. The employees at Berlin Blossom were so helpful and supportive, making sure I got the arrangement done in time to leave for the service. To be honest, I GASPED when I saw the beautiful job they did, AND in such a short amount of time! It truly paid tribute to my childrens great-grandfather. I would definitely use Berlin Blossom in the future.

My husband discovered these wonderful florists a few years ago, & they have created floral masterpieces for our anniversaries, Mother's Day, birthdays, our son's engagement & just lately, his bride-to-be's shower. From the planning stage, Lee worked with me personally to select just the right types of arrangements & flowers to compliment the venue & our color scheme. Then Chrissy & the team went to work designing & making 17 arrangements. They truly outdid themselves. The florals were nothing short of stunning - exactly how we dreamed they'd be. Those lucky ladies who won the centerpieces & accent arrangements were absolutely thrilled with them. Most importantly, our future daughter-in-law, her mom, & our son loved the flowers! If I could award Berlin Blossom ten stars, I would... five isn't enough!
