Fair experience, the parking is an issue the two times i was there first i was almost hit by someone trying to back out and the second i saw a non employee driver rear-end another car in which an employee was driving. It is very tight is navigate through. The employees are friendly and helpful

Went to this service center with a previously repaired problem that became an issue once again within months. Was initially told I couldn't be seen for a week. Continuously driving with the problem would've caused a bigger one. After speaking with the service manager, Chris Blood the situation was handled with great professionalism and my vehicle was repaired & delivered back to me expeditiously.Because of Chris, Joe Lynch & the entire service team's proficiency & competence, I will continue to conduct my auto business (purchases & service) with Auto Lenders and steer others their way!

Bought my dream car Shelby gt 350. Downside problems rather quickly with only 4000 miles. ( Not the dealers fault ) they have dealt with my craziness and been patient. They made sure to do what they can to rectify the situation, but got the word they are having me take it to ford.Cars are are cars and things will happen but I have been pleased with them so farI plan to buy a truck next summerI will be revisiting auto lenders again shot out to Scott and Joe at Winslow and Lew at Voorhees. Thanks for being patient with me over this. Sorry for being a bother.Billy......

I have posted before and said that I would update later. I purchased my used car at the end of March and the buying experience was great. The dealer was friendly, there was no pressure, and they took care of everything from beginning to end. Of course I've had problems with the car since then, but you take your chances when you buy a used car. People trade them in for a reason.The service experience is another story and I am thinking of switching. They separate the "diagnostic" from the actual "repair" and charge you for both. And although I got a free oil change, I also had to wait an hour and a half for it. Another complaint I have is no actual contact with the mechanics. You almost always speak to the middle man. Everything is done by computer and your request doesn't always translate properly.So far they have been kind to me, and the shop is close by, which is why I'm still there. I also have yet to experience the add ons without permission, which would be a serious problem for me. But outside of the freebies they are definitely expensive.Services: Auto windshield repair

I found them to be very helpful and not pushing. I am so happy with my car. They brought it in for me to test drive and made my buying experience painless. Then they followed up. Just took it in for my first service.

I'm glad I bought my car at Auto Lenders. Their service center is great and they do good work. The only issue is that they fail to call when my car is ready. I wind up having to call them for an update.

It's hard to describe the incredible service that I have received over the years from the entire AutoLenders team, both within sales and service. I want to specifically mention that both Chris (Berlin service center), and Nik (customer success team) are exceptional.I would highly recommend both purchasing your next vehicle and getting it serviced at AutoLenders, the personal touch that I receive every time I bring my car in is exactly what I dream of when I think about car care.They have always been fair with pricing, and are almost overly transparent when I have questions.If I could give a 6-star review, I would.

My daughter was looking for a car but not ready to purchase. The salesman explained some things to her, which was very helpful and gave her his card. We walked the lot without any sales pressure. It gave her time to see what was in the lot without being pressured to buy.

I bought a 2019 Subaru Outback from Autolenders in Berlin/Williamstown last year and spent some time healing and staying home. A few months later the car started falling apart with problem after problem!! Battery issues 6 times two replacements, faulty wiring, my speakers now don’t work and there’s no update needed. These people will charm you into thinking they are there to help when in fact they sell you cars that are true junkers and I WILL NEVER buy a car from them again!! Terrible service and prices as well. Overall if I could rate less than one star I would. If you want to spend a premium on a new used car and then spend your hard earned money pouring thousands in repairs into your next purchase, then look no further!! My suv has so many problems and already repairs totaling over 5,000 and already a quote for another faulty part is 1,300 with parts and labor and still not halfway done !!!! Worst place to purchase a car!!! STAY AWAY for your own good and protect your money

They are horribly incompetent. Claim they couldn’t find why was car was rumbling when turning. Brought it the the Jeep dealer and they found the issue in less than 30 mins. Turns out to be a defective rear differential. I feel that they knew and didn’t fix it because it would have been on their dollar since the car was still under auto lenders warranty.

I use to take my previous AL vehicle to this location with no issue. When I bought my second AL vehicle, the entire situation changed. Maybe they have new staff or maybe it wasnt an issue with the first vehicle because it wasnt a lemon like this one is.It got so bad that they assigned me a corporate representative that I've communicated with for so long we're actually friends now.I'd take my car here to attempt to get the We-Owe's done and no one could ever "hear" the issue. I complained of numerous issues they could never seem to replicate yet after one issue was escalated because I took video and photographs, they took my car apart and found a rodents nest and a cracked cold air intake housing and eventually a leaking gas tank and tank neck. I lost so many hours sitting at AL or waiting for rentals that no one ever ordered that it caused me to lose a job.BUT, the above repairs never fixed the main issues or the we-owe. Eventually after numerous tows, replacing my battery, brakes, rotors, tires, coil packs, radiator fan and windshield wipers with my own mechanic within 9 months of purchasing this vehicle, my corporate rep sent me to the Voorhees facility.At THAT location, they finally heard the speaker and properly replaced it, felt the jerking and replaced my motor mounts and felt the sluggishness and heard the whining of the turbo which now needs to be replaced. The best part is the original air intake housing wasn't even attached so it was just sucking in hot engine air and my gas mileage was garbage.This car is the worst thing I've ever bought and Winslow service center will just gas light you until you give up cause they are jaded and unwilling to truly help or investigate issues.Services: General repairs & maintenance
