Awful pharmacy!! On July 3rd I ordered refill though web site. No response, so on July 7th I went to pharmacy. Oh!! 😡need Dr approval ( yeah thanks for telling me!) called doctor, he ordered a 90 day supply. Re-ordered. Called 4 times today to see if it was ready. Disconnected twice after waiting 8-10 minutes in hold. Got in my car and when I arrived the line was 10 people deep!!
Best part………out of stock😡 It’s vitamin D3

Pharmacy is horrible since taking on Rite Aid scripts. They hang up on you after waiting on hold for at least a 1/2 hour each time. On the 3rd day now and still can’t get thru pharmacy. I don’t recommend Bayville Wal Greens at all.

My husband's prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aide to Walgreens . After getting the run around for 2 weeks the Head Pharmacist of Walgreens told him that he dosent need that many pain meds and she isn't going to fill his prescriptions. Its shameful that she would treat someone with chronic pain like a addict. His medication is prescribed by an extremely reputable pain med doctor. What a disgrace that she would be so complacent. PS . She also said his doctor was to far away (West Orange), that he needs a new doctor closer to Bayville....LUNATIC

Heaven help you if you need anything from here. Simply go to ShopRite Pharmacy because there you have a shot of successfully getting your prescription filled without issue. The biggest failure is a lack of communication. Improperly filled prescription and denied by insurance. Didn't read the prescription properly and claimed they tried to get in touch with Dr. Bottom Line, probably the worst pharmacy in Ocean County if not the State. Probably ignore all reviews.

The pharmacy is so incredibly slow. I don’t know how they are going to take on rite aid customers when they can’t even help their own in a timely fashion. I absolutely dread coming to this store.

For various reasons, I hadn't been to Walgreens in a long while. However, I was very pleased with my experience. Unlike the other 2 pharmacies close to me, the shelves were fully stocked. I found everything I needed, in addition to items I didn't know were on sale until I got there. The store is clean, and the emoyees were friendly and helpful. I was glad that I had rediscovered Walgreens.

Stay away from the store - employees acted as if they hated being there - took them 45 minutes to find three photo albums I created there even though I had the Email confirms they were complete. No filing systems. Cover of one album all smudged. I did not look at in the store and did not have time to go back.

This is by far the worst pharmacy and group of pharmacist to deal with. The last few times I’ve had to get a prescription here. I was told it was in stock and when I got there, it was not. Then they were unable to tell me a timeframe when it may come in. I normally get all my prescriptions online and never have an issue, but this medication will not ship. This medication must be taken regularly and now I’m stuck trying to figure out what to do. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The worst pharmacy in Ocean County they refuse to give their name when you ask them the pharmacist will not tell you their name either then you speak to someone with no more then a high school diploma who thinks they are a pharmacist and they don’t even have a clue of people medical rights when it comes to their prescription they get offensive when you question them here is the statue 13:39.7.13 you can use when they refuse to fill your prescription and not tell you why. The entire pharmacy should be replaced and for the store manager who obviously sees the reviews of their store don’t even have respect for their store. But after seeing all the negative reviews I don’t expect any changes.

The pharmacy is single handily the most incompetent one that I have ever come across. It's scary how they can get simple things wrong every time.

Worst group of pharmacy I have ever been to. All the women are rude and can barely answer questions.

My dr. sent in an RX for 90 day supply of insulin which in my case is 4 vials. when I picked it up at the drive-thru and pulled forward to check it there was only 3 vials, I went inside to find out why they shorted me 1 vial I was told by the associate that the insurance would only allow a 75 day amount and that I need to get them to push thru 1 vial at no charge. After speaking with 3 different people at the insurance company I was told they talked to the pharmacist and he cut it back to 3 vials because 4 vials was a 100 day supply (everyone knows you can't cut a vial), who the hell is he to do that!!! and why didn't anyone tell me that when I went to pick it up, I would have NEVER taken it. I was told because I pulled away from the drive-thru there was nothing they can do. So steer clear of Walgreens pharmacy they are out to over charge you and short you on your meds! I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN they are deceitful. p.s. if the leadership at Walgreens would like to rectify this it would be greatly appreciated.
