This store sucks since it was bought out. Very sad after 20 years of being a loyal customer. I'm done there. They cut out so many brands, jacked prices and just suck now. I have 4 kids so I know a lot of local moms and no one is going there anymore. I'll be switching as well even though ShopRite's location is convenient. It's not the same store it once was. Boo so disappointed

Theresa the pharmacist took time to talk to me on phone about my mother’s medication, she was very polite and answered all my questions. Someone shows they care is very nice quality thank you Theresa!!?

The female pharmacists aren’t always the most pleasant people in the world but the cashiers make up for it. The young male cashier with brown/dirty blonde hair is completely incapable of doing his job tho. He should be fired.

I spend 10K a year in this store and it has slowly deteriorated over this past year. Yesterday they were completely out of chicken & the butcher window was closed. The loose potatoes are soft or rotted this past week. The roll bin is always empty by 5PM & the seafood dept. is closed by 6PM, on FRIDAY!?!? I haven't seen an adult manager there in a week, only kids behind the service counter. Add to that the panhandlers & drug induced freaks out front and you have a very piss poor operation. I think I'll take my 10K per year to Stop and Shop on my way home from work.

It's an ok place to shop. Just not crazy about the set up of the store. Hard to find things. It clean and the employees are helpful. My only really issue is the set up. It unlike any other ShopRite I've ever been in.

It's amazing I call the begin of week and end I told the manager there the store manager there are about all together 90 shopping carts between shardee apts berkeley garden apts both on frederick dr and also alot at korman rd apts and bay ridge down offer way I told them he says he will send out guys to picked them up. If they don't want them I turn them in for scrap medal I know alot of people would. The manager should not lie to you about sending people I think they need a new store manager I also emailed corporate

Very small Shop Rite. Was not able to find half the things I needed. I'm not from this area, but occasionally stop there when I really need something driving by. Not sure why, but the entire customer base seems to be the elderly. Which could be a good thing, or a bad thing for you. Since I'm usually there for just one thing and in a hurry it's a bad thing for me.

This shoprite is in a nice location, it's clean and has a decent selection of items. The workers are friendly and do the best they can moving the lines along. Everyone in the store is nice and helpful.

I truly do not know where to even begin. To start.., I do not know what happened to the respectful, friendly, DIGNIFIED employees this location at one time employed?? Tonight was the last straw for me shopping in this store. Let me mention I spend ridiculous amounts of money here , I am a mom, educated and respectful human being. The last three times I have proceeded to check out the same associate , glasses, dark hair , possibly spanish decent... walks around my shopping cart and starts pointing at things for me to take out as I am emptying my cart! Good Lord! Let me breath I am not even finished! " Oh whats that right there near your purse etc etc. now this is in the process while I am checking my items out. Then she just intently stares.., until she does one last circle and scan around the shopping cart! LOL. The cashier was such a nice young man and I can see that he not only felt bad for me but was very uncomfortable as I was. Finally after I paid for everything I am walking out and this woman is now standing with this ogre looking heavy set girl staring me down the whole time I am rolling my cart to the exit, yes both their eyes following me . I have never experienced anything like this or have been so uncomfortable in any store!! Stop making your shoppers feel like they are stealing and up to know good! Have class! This behavior is ignorant, rude, disrespectful, interrogating ! The list can go on! God forbid you accidentally have an oversight and miss an itemIn your cart because you are in a rush to pick up your children.., innocent mistake right? Well this insanity will be on you like a fly on s**** Well you lost a good customer .., never again will I be degraded. There is a severe lack of professionalism in this store! It DOESN'T EXIST!!

The other week, I pre-ordered a cake and a stuffed bruschetta bowl for my friends birthday. I picked it up early because I was working all day and wouldn't have time to grab it after work before the party. Once the party started, I brought it out for everyone to enjoy and to my surprise... NO BRUSCHETTA! Spent $17 for just bread. I was super disappointed but other then that everyone in the store was super friendly and welcoming which is the only reason I'm giving three stars. I would just recommend that you check everything is in the order before sending it out.

Went into ShopRite to grab a few things for my mom. Noticed a lot of things were moved around. Waited for a worker to come by so I could ask her where they moved it to Burnette looks at me with a disgusted look at an attitude and says I don't know I just got here go find somebody else and continues to walk away. Some family ShopRite right? You need to teach out your employees how to speak to people even if they aren't on the clock. Then as I went to cash out the same women is at the register talking to my cashier and Neither of them were paying any attention to me. Julie didn't even ask to scan my price plus card because she was in such a rush to get me out of there to continue their conversation as I try to ask her the same question about where the stuff was.

Same old story here. 5:30 and only 3 lanes open. Joke. No wonder I stopped coming here and only go to super shoprite on 37. Poor management.
