Horrible people with abysmal CD rates. Most businesses now have feedback programs to root out nasty employees, M&T promotes them.

Instead of two tellers helping one customer inside and gabbing with the customer and here I am waiting 10 minutes already in the drive thru. the service is getting worse at this location. Thinking of switching banks.
