I opened a dual account online to diversify. I had to speak with two reps on phone and they cant tell me when my accounts will be accessible. Also a random phone number was added to my profile and i asked for it to be removed and she did so quickly like they knew it was there and tried to leave it on my account profile. I think i might call FDIC and ask they open an investigation to new account practices at Wells Fargo. Shady...

Robin, Alba, and the Branch manager Jacqueline are all amazing. Patient very informative and helpful with everything I needed. The only bad apple at that branch is Fred Mastro. I went to him to deposit money for a savings account bonus and he ended up putting my money on hold. With the intentions of saying my signature is not real and the person I say I am is fake. Once again another poor display of character and just pure racism. He even tried to stop me from withdrawing money from my own checking account. Thank goodness for the branch manager Jacqueline who displayed "Courtesy " the Henry Wells way and helped me so pleasantly.

Had the worst experience here 2 days ago. I walked in and explained I needed a cashier's check because I was closing my Wells Fargo accounts and switching to Chase. There was 1 person speaking to an associate in their office, and one person sitting in the waiting area. There were 3 receptionists at the front and they proceed to tell me that I had to make an appointment JUST to close an account. They gave me the cashier's check and said I had to call the 800 number so that they can close the account. It was very inconvenient for me as I was trying to get this done all in 1 day but clearly they were too lazy to help me. The front desk ladies were also miserable and did the minimum amount of work. Just another reason why I am switching to Chase!

I went there today to open an account. The Branch Banker told me that I need an appointment to open an account perhaps I already in front of her and she had no customer she said I'm leaving at 1pm despite I'm there 12:20 more time to help me but they are lazy. She told me to open online or go to other branch very frustrating.just to.open an account they give us a hardwire its unacceptable nightmareits a nightmare

The manager is more worried about a corporate zoom meeting than helping a client with an infant who is right in front of him, tried to get me to wait 45 minutes or schedule for a basic thing. The world is lacking common sense and basic customer service these days
