Steve at Dean’s Greens Greenhouse was exceptionally helpful during my visit. His extensive knowledge about the wide variety of plants and gardening supplies was impressive and invaluable. Steve patiently answered all my questions, provided expert advice tailored to my specific needs, and even assisted in selecting the best plants for my garden. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to Steve's guidance, I left the greenhouse confident in my purchases and excited to get started on my gardening project.

My Husband ordered a 12 white Roses, for Valentine’s Day. I got red instead, when I called to speak with the owner. This lady was so unprofessional and disrespectful for an older woman. I cannot believe she have customers. Her customer service skills are awful.

You can get better landscaping products elsewhere. I had ordered top soil and cedar mulch from this place. Poor quality. Cedar mulch was light in color and did not have that "cedar" smell. The top soil was equally bad. It was not rich in color and contained lots of pebbles (not screened).

I got flowers for my grandma and the arrangement that was made was beautiful. I called about a change that was made due to stock items and Nadine was absolutely AMAZING.She was so kind and compassionate when I told her about my grandmother being sick. She went above and beyond to make my grandma feel special in her gloomy nursing home room. She is the type of person that makes the world a better place after just a single conversation.This business truly takes customer service to the next level in addition to making beautiful flower arrangements.

Floral arrangement was delivered a day early, even though my daughter paid quite a bit extra to have it delivered on Valentine's Day. Flowers were left on my front steps on a Sunday in the bitter cold. I was not home and had no idea that they were sitting outside. No notification to me or my daughter regarding the delivery that day. When my neighbor next door saw the flowers the following morning, she sent me a text letting me know. By this time, the arrangement was completely frozen. I called Dean's Greens quite upset, as would be expected. My major complaint (not knowing that these flowers had been delivered the day before) was that the driver did not knock or ring the bell. Owner Nadine agreed to replace the order if I brought the frozen one to her store. Really? You wouldn't just send another one? Several minutes later I received a call from Nadine saying that she could not replace this arrangement because the sender had specifically requested the Sunday delivery. This was false. My daughter who had placed the order called Nadine and was spoken to in a condensing, nasty manner, as I was also. I see other reviews referring to this business as "Means Greens." Obviously, I am not the only one who had a negative experience with this business. In the end, Nadine did send a driver over to pick up the frozen flowers and deliver a new arrangement. Unfortunately, the dozen red roses in this replacement order were all black around the edges. By this time, I did not want to continue communication with the owner. Done. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

THIS BUSINESS LIES AND CHEATS CUSTOMERS OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!!!It is hard to understand how and why this place is still in business. FRAUD, BAIT AND SWITCH, DISMISSIVE are some of the nicer terms to describe this establishment. NADINE, the owner, is extremely rude, condescending and flat out lies about everything. They also run a shady "florist" operation, where they take orders through Various outlets such as TELEFLORA, FTD, Flowernation, etc, and fulfill them with much cheaper, AND SMALLER bouquets, filled with inferior flowers. This has happened multiple times and i have proof. Owner comes up with all types of excuses including statements like " they take 30% and we dont make any money since flowers are too expensive". WHO CARES!!!! If you are in business of supplying flowers and chose to use a service - then that is your business decision - dont STEAL from customers. This is punishable by law and will be reported.
