“The Morristown facility is beautiful, convenient, and clean. Each entrance has carts to help you load goods from your vehicle at the various entrances which are like loading bays. The code system is easy and self explanatory, as is the unit set up. You don’t have to engage with staff at all if you don’t want to. I signed my contract online. I took a star off because the reservation process is tedious and they don’t tell you that the day you sign the contract is the day you start being billed. I had to cancel and redo the reservation and it took quite a bit of time. I ended up executing the contract the morning I was moving in and it worked out fine. You can only create a reservation a few days before you need the unit.”

“So I’m at crossroads as to whether or not, I will give this establishment of four or five stars. I’m feeling some kind away about my rent going up $70 in four months, but I guess that’s the nature of the business. However if you pay for the full year you won’t have that problem. I decided to move out because I did not want to pay the additional increase.What I would like to say, is that from the time I moved in until the time I moved out , has been nothing short of exceptional…All of my interactions were with Angel. Angel delivered stellar customer service, professional, kind and courteous and he gives the best advice on how to navigate the property if you have a large truck. He made the entire process seamless. So IF I give this 5 stars is ONLY ONLY ONLY because of Angel’s exceptional customer service.I would also like to add I felt very safe, leaving my belongings in that storage unit. The facilities are well maintained and the area isn’t sketchy.”

“The facility is very clean, secure lock-up with video and driver friendly. Plenty of different sized storage units are available to make a choice for your needs. Also has plenty of space if towing a trailer. No need for backing up as one just drives the loop to get out. Checking in was very easy and I was helped by a very nice gentleman (sorry forgot his name) that drove me to the unit and helped with the locking device provided.”
