This store's customer service is awful. Requested information about a wine I once bought there so I could repurchase and he wouldn't help and hung up. Second time I've I had this experience with this store. No manners. I will not be returning.

Excellent customer service. Called to order my boss, who lives nearby this store, a gift (I'm located in NY). The owner worked with me to select several scotches within my budget, she sent me a photo of the basket she created and was even able to deliver the gift same-day.

The customer service is appalling. I felt uncomfortable as I was grunted at by the check-out person who did not appear to want to be at the store or serving me. Prices are 20-50% greater than comparable Trader Joes wines. I had hoped the move from Kings to an independent store would make them more competitive. Alas not. I went three times over the course of 12 months in the hope I was wrong. Its simply a terrible, over-priced experience.
