“5 stars. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the names of the pharmacist and staff who helped me on Sunday, but they were KIND, and processed my prescriptions quickly. Their kindness was exceptional, and I felt cared for. Thanks Walgreens BH!”

“I am giving a 5 Star review based solely on my experience with Bob on Wednesday, 6/26. If he had not stepped in to help, I would be giving 0 stars. I picked up an antibiotic on 6/25 and my toddler was refusing to take it. I brought her back to the doctor and she prescribed a more concentrated version so only very little had to be taken and only once a day. When I went to pick it up, an extremely rude woman—she had a ponytail and glasses—talked to me like I was an idiot and like she couldn’t be more exasperrated with having to deal with me. She kept telling me “your insurance is not going to cover this because you picked up the exact same medication yesterday”. I tried to explain that it was not the same. And what was different about it. Like I was an idiot, she kept saying “it is exactly the same. Just give her less. You’re just giving her 4mLs instead of 7mLs.” Again, I tried to explain WHY it was a different dosage. That it was a more concentrated medication. She huffed and puffed “I’m TRYING to explain this to you.” And then as if I wasn’t right in front of her, she says to another employee “can you explain this to her?” He, Bob, confirms that I was correct—it was a different medication. He apologized for the misunderstanding. She did not and just gave me a dirty look. I understand that we are all overworked and stressed and that working at the pharmacy can be a thankless job. But a little kindness goes a long way. Not only was I dealing with a sick child, I had just had to put my beloved dog down. A simple “let me double check this” would have been so helpful and she would have seen that she indeed was mistaken. Even an “I’m sorry—it actually is a different medication” would have also been great. Thank you, Bob, for stepping in and helping me get the medication I needed without incident.”
