Arrived on time for my appointment. Car was in their shop for two days without any service because they were too busy even though I was told repeatedly that the work would be done. They could have asked me to come back another day and I would have obliged. A little common courtesy goes a long way, especially when you are there to support a 50-year local business.

Called Conoco now, but it’s still hood ole Benham’s. Dependable and friendly. One of the few places where they still wash your windows.
