UPDATE:
I am adding stars as the manager did understand my frustration and got me a minivan rental for the week so we could go on vacation. Pick up was a breeze and they did seem very apologetic for the delay.

I would give this zero stars if there was an option. Initially, I was unable to get an accurate estimate for my car repairs…. So they convinced me to drop the car and start asap since it would take a month to do. They gave me a date of 8/16 that would be the latest the car would be ready - which was 6 weeks out! Unfortunately, I had already left the car there… had I known I would have continued with other auto body shops. At this point I planned our family vacation for 8/19 as I assumed the latest day meant what that said - the latest day. In the beginning of August, I was then told the date moved to 8/19 being the latest day. Of course I was upset but kept my cool as I know things like this can happen. luckily I was able to move our vacation rental out to start 8/20. Today is 8/19. I called to check on the time I could pick up the car and guess what!?? It’s not ready and not sure if it can be ready until the end of the week!! What kind of company doesn’t know accurate dates or gives a customer the heads up when they promised a car back by a date and can no longer make that date. I am disgusted by their lack of customer support and common courtesy. Do not go here if you can help it. There are plenty of other auto body shops around.

Well over estimated anticipated time to complete. They lost my key during repairs and caused further delays. Went to get the car, and the repairs look like garbage. Bumper doesn’t line up and they used cheap aftermarket parts on my IS300. They blamed the insurance company for allowing that, but the reality is they have no pride in their work. There is no chance a competent person would look at the repairs performed and be satisfied or take pride from the outcome. I am requesting the repairs be repaired by a competent shop. Avoid if you have any choice in the matter.

extremely rude people with bad attitudes. nobody’s making you work here. it’s very simple: if you can’t give good customer service, don’t work with human beings. especially those whose cars are here because they’ve been in a terrible accident. do you know what empathy is? guess not. also you are not entitled to take things from people’s cars. did you buy it? no? oh, then it’s not yours. avoid this place at all costs.

The job itself was fine, but their communication was horrible. Between the front desk lady, automated messages, and the actual mechanic working on my vehicle, the estimated completion date was very inconsistent. I had to make travel and transportation arrangements so this was very annoying. I hope they improve their communication amongst themselves and with the customers in the future.

Crooks over priced charge me over $1000 to tow a car that they knew was damaged and never said a word horrible horrible company don’t trust them… my car was stolen and this is where it was sent to and I had no idea it was in this condition. They are scum

Great job, fast service, Our car was done earlier than expected. I liked that we could return our enterprise rental car here when our car was ready...that saved a lot of back and forth. Good quality work...I would use them again...but hopefully I won't have to.

Bodywork was fine , annoyed with how dirty the vehicle was( I keep my cars pristine ) - the inside of my BMW was covered with a thin layer of dust - took an hour to clean -Service: Body & Trim

Someone backed into my car in a local shopping center and left. There was about $2000 un damag based upon insurance adjuster estimate. Took it to 2 body shops. One said it would more than the estimate. C&L accepted the estimate. Also, I had some other damage which I paid for myself. C&L'S estimate was slightly lower than the other shop. Also, C&L could do the job 3 weeks sooner. Once they had the car, they would call and inform me of the process. The work was done beautifully, on time and the car was immaculate. Highly recommend them.

Dropped off my car on Monday January 24 the rental/loaner from enterprise was there waiting for me at the shop. Picked up my car 2 days later on Wed January 26. Car is as good as new no more fender bender. Great job c and l auto body !!!! I highly recommend!!Service: Body & Trim

After years of incident free driving, a valet service in VT damaged our pick-up and I damaged our Lexus in a parking garage. Both repairs were done well and on-time. The Lexus came back looking clean and well-cared for. C&L is very organized and the staff knows what they are doing.
