I’ve been coming here for years and had a terrible experience this past week. After going through cleaning, the staff informed me they locked my key in the car and to call the police to get it out, and they went back to work. Unfortunately, they do not come unless there’s an emergency, so 2 hours and $130 later- a locksmith arrived and retrieved my keys. I went inside and had a conversation with some workers who refused to pay for the service, and handed me a $20 car wash voucher for their mistake… Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else, extremely unprofessional business.

7/26 the absolute worst car wash I've ever been to. 35$ for a minimal wash. Rear of car was never touched, still completely dirty. No tire shine. Minimal window cleaning and minimal drying of the car itself. All for 35$! Crazy.

Been going for years, I'm tired of having to go back inside and ask for extra attention after I've paid $35 for ultimate car wash. Sick part is I use my companies card; I can't even bring myself to waste their money let alone mine. Convenient location, but I'm going to Madison from now on, way way better care and cheaper too; shame on you BCW...

Terrible!!! I paid $26 for outer wash and wheel shine. The wheels were applied the shine on top of the dirt!! Just aweful service...

A little grimy, rickety and very moldy and old (unloved comes to mind). Subsequently The actual washing of the car wasn’t good. How can it be in a run down shack.

Very thorough in their work and cleaning up the car, and now they also have a monthly option which makes taking care care easy.
