This place is an absolute scam of a company. NEVER USE THEM. They cost our company over 2,000 because they didn't respond to emails quick enough and then told us they would reimburse and didn't.

Bartel Shipping was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and extremely fast in processing our import documents with US customs. There is no reason for me to even try any other company since I am very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend in a heartbeat. I have dealt before with larger companies but even they were not as efficient and fast as Bartel Shipping. Chris processed the paperwork and everything was done within 24 hours! Thanks Chris.

Whether you are shipping one cubic meter of gifts from India or 7 cubic meters of furniture or art from Bali, this company and its helpful employees will make sure that it transits customs and all the problems of the NY/NJ Ports and get to your business or home front door with as little difficulty as possible. I have been using them for shipments from Asia, India and Europe for more than 20 years with no problems and very reasonable fees. I can recommend this company with absolutely no reservations for customs brokerage.
