186 Broad St, Summit“I couldn't give a second review so im adding to this one. My buick was in an accident and from step 1 to step 10 Nelson was there. He is one of the easiest people to deal with id advse anyone that goes there to ask for he he brakes everything down. I calld him off the hook and he never gave me anything but the highest service. When he didn't have an answer he would call back by end of day with an update couldn't ask for more. As far as the body work you cannot tell it was hit there is no orange peal at all it looks stock. They delivered it cleaner than what i gave to them. I couldn't thank Nelson and the rest of the staff enuff i will recommend them to everyone.
I took my maserati in for bumper repair turn around time was faster than expected. I was dealing with a gentleman named Nelson he mad the process very smooth treating the car as if it was his own. He took the time to go over the car before, and after. I didn't feel he sold me on anything he showed me there work and that was it I knew I made the right choice. I had him also do full paint correction and ceramic coating. When I picked it up I was looking for orange peel I couldn't find any an absolute flawless job by his crew. I couldn't be happier”

I drove a 2018 S90 home two days later. Alon was a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and demonstrated all the features in the car. All despite knowing right from the beginning I had no intentions of buying that day. Kevin, the Business Mgr, was equality competent, responsive and supportive during the tedious detailed paperwork. “I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️

I would give this zero stars if there was an option. Initially, I was unable to get an accurate estimate for my car repairs…. So they convinced me to drop the car and start asap since it would take a month to do. They gave me a date of 8/16 that would be the latest the car would be ready - which was 6 weeks out! Unfortunately, I had already left the car there… had I known I would have continued with other auto body shops. At this point I planned our family vacation for 8/19 as I assumed the latest day meant what that said - the latest day. In the beginning of August, I was then told the date moved to 8/19 being the latest day. Of course I was upset but kept my cool as I know things like this can happen. luckily I was able to move our vacation rental out to start 8/20. Today is 8/19. I called to check on the time I could pick up the car and guess what!?? It’s not ready and not sure if it can be ready until the end of the week!! What kind of company doesn’t know accurate dates or gives a customer the heads up when they promised a car back by a date and can no longer make that date. I am disgusted by their lack of customer support and common courtesy. Do not go here if you can help it. There are plenty of other auto body shops around.”
