“Good evening I wanted to share my experience with DNS automotive. I was looking for a used car because I didn’t want a huge car payment right now. They had a 2011 ford fusion I went there and did the credit and tested the car and loved it. They were amazing very nice offering us water while we waited made the whole experience wonderful. They offered a warranty on the car if anything went wrong bring it back and they will take a look. Also the bank offered a two year warranty. I got the car home and later in the afternoon the power steering wasn’t right. I called DNS right away and that night they came out and checked it the next day they came back and took the car to the shop repaired the power steering and the O2 sensor at no cost to me. I was very happy with the outcome the car runs great we’ve taken it to Hershey and Philly on two separate occasions since I bought it last month. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a used car, I have to say I went to a small used car dealer a long time ago and was treated horribly. So I was afraid to go to another one but with this experience I would rather go back to them when I need another car in the future.”

My son was looking at a few different cars. He called around to some Auto Sales places and went to see and drive the cars he was interested in. As he put it, it was a nightmare. They told him one thing on the phone, and than he gets there and finds out the price for financing and the price for cash are two different things, or how about, they know your on your way and don’t even tell you the car you are going to see was sold…How dishonest can you get!!!! One day I heard him on the phone with a dealer, he was very interested in the E Class Mercedes Coupe they had. He was speaking to Moe and than James. They sent an ‘’Uber’’ to pick him up and take him there, so I decided to go along because I had a good feeling about the conversation he was having with this dealer, they were an hour away. First of all the cars on their lot are impeccable!!! Moe greeted us, and told
my son to take his time looking at the car. And let him know if he had any questions. Moe was very considerate, and gave my son time to experience the car. While my son took the car for a drive, I was invited to come into the office and wait for him. That’s when I met James and Neo. I felt like I was sitting there with my family. At that moment, I knew this was the place my son was going to purchase a car. There are not enough words to explain the experience we had. Neo, was just so accommodating and friendly, what a great guy. Moe and my son got together and collaborated on finishing the sale. James who went “above and beyond’’ to put all the finial pieces together, thank you so much….When he picked up the car it was beautiful, clean, detailed and ready to go. Believe me if they have a car you like, I’m telling you don’t hesitate. At the end of the day, Aa Auto Sales is the only place you want to do business with.
