Divya in printing is amazing! Helpful, friendly and so efficient. She walked me through the process and went above and beyond to resolve a problem I had with an online order. I was able to purchase an item that could be printed within my time constraints. I am so happy with my experience today ?

The last two time the l have been there has been very bad experience l place my order l should've known it was going to be a problem when she couldn't spell my name . We past that point we went over exactly what l need and how l want it to look like , never received the work like that, l went to place another they were three employees inside l stood by the register for a good 10 minutes not even a hello we be right with you , or we are little behind nothing l made eye contact with two of the employees and still nothing my order was over $345.00 l can not recall where on this date and age your let customer walk out or at the very least say hello. They have no customer service skills none, !! Copy and printing at the Bergenfield location.!!

I was just looking for art supplies so i can handcraft a valentines gift for my girlfriend. i was lost and didn’t know where to go and not sure exactly what to get some a worker named Jermey helped me get the supplies i needed and left his positive thought on what art supplies i should buy and get to create the perfect valentines gift for my girl. Thank you Jermey if you are reading this. i will be coming back soon for sure!

Awful customer service. As I was checking out, the cashier shouted over to her coworkers about what time they close. Never once acknowledged me or asked if I found everything okay. The customer service overall of this location is absolutely appalling. The associates were all congregated talking to each other, and were nowhere to be found when I needed assistance.You’re better off going to a different location
